तला हुआ एवं मसालेदार और पेक बंद खाना न खाएं।
नियमित व्यायाम एवं ध्यान करें।
हरी सागसब्जी एवं ताज़ा फल रोजाना खाएं।

1. ब्रह्मचर्य पालन (Control)
हस्तमैथुन की आदत धीरे-धीरे कम करें
मन को अन्य कार्यों में लगाएं (exercise, योग)
2. औषधि
अश्वगंधा, शतावरी, कौंच बीज — शुक्रवर्धक और शक्ति बढ़ाने वाले
अश्वगंधा लेह्य / चूर्ण दूध के साथ लें
3. आहार
दूध, घी, बादाम, खजूर, मुनक्का
पौष्टिक, गर्म और स्निग्ध आहार लें
जंक, तला-भुना और अत्यधिक मसालेदार भोजन से बचें
4. दिनचर्या
रोज़ हल्का व्यायाम (walking, yoga)
पर्याप्त नींद (7–8 घंटे)
तनाव कम करें
5. मानसिक संतुलन
