मेरी पित्त प्रकृति है। आयु 35 साल है। मुझे यौन समस्या है। लिंग की नसों में ढीलापन है। लिंग पर हल्के-हल्के दाने हैं। स्तंभन(erectile dysfunction),शीघ्रपतन (premature ejaculation) की समस्या है। 1 मिनट के अंदर हो जाता है। लिंग में पूरा तनाव नहीं आता है। मेरे लिंग के अंदर की चमड़ी जिसे टोपा कहते है और लिंग का वह हिस्सा जो अंडकोष से मिलता है उधर बहुत ही ज्यादा नसे कमजोर है, सेंसिटिविटी बहुत ज्यादा है वहां चाह कर भी कंट्रोल नहीं हो पाता और शीघ्रपतन हो जाता है। वीर्य जब निकलता है तो पूरे प्रैशर से नहीं आता मतलब पिचकारी के जैसे तेज धार नहीं निकलता। वीर्य गाढ़ा नहीं है। वीर्य थोड़ा ही आता है। वीर्य जब पूरा निकल जाता हैं तो वह हिस्सा जहां अंडकोष और लिंग मिलते है , हल्का सा दर्द होता है। धात की समस्या है,पहले सिर्फ पेशाब और शौच करने के बाद ही धात गिरती थी पर अब एक महीने से किसी भी समय कहीं पर भी जैसे नल में पानी रिसता है वैसे ही एक दो बूंद रिसती रहती है कभी भी। इससे मानसिक पीड़ा हो रही है। कब्ज भी है। मेरी जॉब का समय अनियमित है। किसी भी समय ड्यूटी को जाना और ड्यूटी से आना होता है। एक वजह ये भी हो सकती है। कब्ज भी रहती है। शीघ्रपतन और धात की बहुत गंभीर समस्या है। मै योग भी करता हूं। जैसे पवनमुक्त आसन, भुजंगासन और खाना खाने के तुरन्त बाद वज्रासन करता हूं।(5-10 मिनिट) कृप्या परहेज बताएं और डाइट प्लान भी बताएं आयुर्वेदिक इलाज बताएं। दवाइयां के नाम,मात्रा,किस समय लेनी है, कितने महीने तक लेनी है और कितनी बार लेनी है , किस कंपनी की लेनी है। सब बताएं।

आपकी समस्या पित्त प्रधान व वात विकृति (Vata-Pitta imbalance) से जुड़ी है, जिससे शुक्र धातु कमजोरी (Dhat kshaya), शीघ्रपतन, स्तंभन दोष और धात रोग हो रहा है। अनियमित दिनचर्या और कब्ज इसे और बढ़ा रहे हैं Rx अश्वगंधा चूर्ण – 1 चम्मच रात को दूध के साथ शतावरी चूर्ण – 1 चम्मच सुबह दूध के साथ कौंच बीज चूर्ण – ½ चम्मच सुबह-शाम दूध के साथ चंद्रप्रभा वटी – 2 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद शिलाजीत (शुद्ध) – 1 कैप्सूल/250 mg सुबह खाली पेट अवधि: 3–4 महीने लगातार 2. कब्ज सुधार (बहुत जरूरी) त्रिफला चूर्ण – 1 चम्मच रात को गुनगुने पानी से इससे धात रोग व शीघ्रपतन में भी सुधार होगा 3. बाह्य उपचार रात में तिल तेल (sesame oil) से हल्की मालिश (लिंग व जंघा क्षेत्र) सप्ताह में 3–4 बार, हल्के हाथ से 🔹 डाइट प्लान (पित्त शांत + शुक्रवर्धक) लें: दूध, घी, मक्खन खजूर, किशमिश, बादाम मूंग दाल, गेहूं, चावल नारियल पानी परहेज: ज्यादा मिर्च, मसाले, तला हुआ शराब, धूम्रपान ज्यादा चाय/कॉफी अश्लील सामग्री (overstimulation) जीवनशैली रोज 7–8 घंटे नींद (fixed time) तनाव कम करें (प्राणायाम – अनुलोम विलोम, भ्रामरी) योग जारी रखें + मूलबंध, अश्विनी मुद्रा जोड़ें देर रात जागना और अनियमित दिनचर्या बंद करें

Aapke symptoms (ED, premature ejaculation, dhat leakage, constipation, stress) ek hi root cause ki taraf indicate karte hain — vata aggravation + pitta irritation + weak shukra dhatu. Irregular routine bhi isko worsen kar raha hai. Sabse pehle yeh samajhna zaroori hai ki yeh condition reversible hai, lekin 2–3 mahine regular follow karna padega. Routine sudhaar: Late nights avoid karein, excessive sexual thoughts/overstimulation kam karein. Mobile use especially raat me kam karein. Sleep fix karein jitna possible ho. Diet: Spicy, sour, fried, tea/coffee excess avoid karein. Constipation bilkul nahi hona chahiye. Prefer: Ghar ka simple khana, ghee, milk, soaked badam (4–5), khajoor (1–2). Raat ko heavy food na lein. Ghar par: Daily til tel se lower abdomen, groin aur thighs par halka massage karein. Deep breathing aur relaxation zaroor karein. * Ashwagandha churna – 1 teaspoon doodh ke saath raat ko * Kaunch beej churna – 1/2 teaspoon doodh ke saath subah * Shilajit capsule – 1 capsule twice daily after food * Triphala tablet – 1 tablet at bedtime (for constipation) Yeh combination nerve strength, semen quality, control aur stamina improve karega. Yoga continue karein, lekin overstrain na karein. Vajrasana theek hai. 2–3 mahine me gradual improvement aayega (pehle leakage kam hoga, fir control improve hoga).
