I am 56 and suffer from Premature ejaculation. I also have anxiety ocd obsessive compulsive disorder ( handwashing),depression, lack of self confidence, social anxiety, inferiority complex

At your age, PE is often strongly linked to anxiety, stress, and depression, not just a physical problem. –Your symptoms suggest an imbalance of Vata dosha, affecting both the mind and nervous system, along with weakness of Shukra Dhatu (reproductive tissue) and reduced Ojas (vital energy and confidence). This imbalance can lead to anxiety, obsessive thoughts, low mood, low energy, and early ejaculation. Mental stress and fear further aggravate Vata, creating a cycle of restlessness and loss of control. Treatment focuses on calming Vata, strengthening Ojas, improving digestion, and supporting mental stability through diet, lifestyle, herbs, and mind–body practices. –Rx: 1) Himalaya Mentat – 1 tab at bed time at night 2) aimil Serenite – 1 cap OD at bedtime 4) Chyawanprash – 1 tsp morning with warm milk For 3 months —Advice: Yoga (Anulom Vilom, Bhramari), early sleep, avoid stress & caffeine.
