Herbal supplements like Tantra Max may give temporary support, but they are not a complete or long-term solution on their own. It is better to focus on proper Ayurvedic treatment under supervision, including Rasayana therapy, diet regulation, stress control, and lifestyle correction for lasting improvement. Regular use of such capsules without guidance is not recommended. –Prescription: 1) Makardhwaj Vati – 1 tablet once daily after food – With milk 2) Swarnavangeshwar Ras – 125 mg (1 tablet) once daily after food – With honey or milk 3) Triphala Vati – 1 tablets at bedtime – With warm water 4) Ashwagandha Lehya – 1 teaspoon twice daily – With warm milk ----Advice: Pathya: milk, ghee, dates, almonds Avoid stress, irregular sleep — 2 months continue Follow up after 15 days

Keep a watch on blood pressure and you can take 2 tabs twice a day. Also add ??Medication??. Tab. Kapikachu Ghana Vati 2 tabs twice a day before food. Tab.Makardwaj Ras 2 tabs twice a day before food. Shilajit Gold gum 1 small spoon (the one that comes in the pack) with one cup of hot milk early in the morning. Shwet Musli Pak 1 tsp with a cup of hot cow milk in the morning Diet and Nutrition 1. Balanced diet: Focus on whole, unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. 2. Foods rich in antioxidants: Include foods high in antioxidants like berries, leafy greens, and nuts to help reduce oxidative stress. 3. Omega-3 fatty acids: Find omega-3 rich foods like fatty fish, flaxseeds, and walnuts to support heart health. Exercise and Physical Activites 1. Regular exercise: Engage in moderate-intensity exercise, like brisk walking, cycling, or swimming, for at least 30 minutes a day. 2. Pelvic floor exercises: Practice Kegel exercises to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. Stress Management 1. Mindfulness and relaxation: Try techniques like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga to reduce stress and anxiety. 2.
