●पारंपरिक पाउडर • सेंधा नमक - 25 ग्राम • भुनी हुई अजवाइन - 60 ग्राम • सूखा अदरक पाउडर - 60 ग्राम • बड़ा मायरोबालन - 150 ग्राम। इस मिश्रण का उपयोग पारंपरिक रूप से गैस, अपच, कब्ज और गैस संबंधी विकारों के लिए किया जाता रहा है। बनाने की विधि: ऊपर दी गई सभी सामग्रियों को अच्छी तरह सुखा लें और एक साफ ग्राइंडर में बारीक पाउडर बना लें। पाउडर को एक सूखी, कांच की बोतल में रखें। गर्मियों में, आधा से एक चम्मच छाछ के साथ लें। इसे भोजन से आधा या पौने घंटे पहले या बाद में लेना अधिक उपयुक्त माना जाता है। ● शतावरी + शंख की राख (शिश्ख भस्म) सेवन विधि: शतावरी पाउडर - 1 चम्मच • शंख की राख - दोनों की एक चुटकी गुनगुने पानी के साथ दिन में दो बार लें। लगभग 2 सप्ताह तक इसका सेवन करने से एसिडिटी और पित्त को शांत करने में मदद मिल सकती है। ●मुलेठी + मिश्री (रोलर शुगर) सेवन विधि • मुलेठी पाउडर - 1 छोटा चम्मच • पेट की जलन कम करता है • मिश्री पाउडर - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच। दोनों को मिलाकर गुनगुने दूध या पानी के साथ दिन में 1-2 बार लें। माना जाता है कि यह मिश्रण निम्नलिखित में सहायक है: • एसिडिटी से राहत • गले और पाचन को आराम ●एसिडिटी कम करने के सरल नियम • समय पर भोजन करें। मसालेदार और तले हुए खाद्य पदार्थों का सेवन सीमित करें। • भोजन के तुरंत बाद लेटना नहीं चाहिए। • दिन भर खूब पानी पिएं। • रात का भोजन हल्का रखें। ये छोटे-छोटे नियम भी पित्त को संतुलित करने में बहुत योगदान देते हैं ●खाना कब खाना चाहिए? खाना तभी खाना चाहिए जब पिछला भोजन पूरी तरह से पच गया हो। लक्षण: • भूख का स्पष्ट अहसास • पेट का हल्कापन • स्पष्ट डकार • सुस्ती का अहसास • भोजन की तीव्र इच्छा। घड़ी देखकर खाना खाने से धीरे-धीरे अग्नि (अग्नि) असंतुलित हो जाती है। अधिकांश रोगों का मूल कारण कमजोर अग्नि है। जब अग्नि कमजोर होती है: • भोजन ठीक से पचता नहीं है • आम बनता है • गैस, भारीपन, त्वचा रोग और थकान बढ़ जाती है। जब अग्नि संतुलित होती है: • शरीर हल्का महसूस होता है • ऊर्जा बनी रहती है। त्वचा, मन और पाचन क्रिया सभी में सुधार होता है। भोजन की मात्रा कितनी होनी चाहिए? आयुर्वेद कहता है: पेट का आधा भाग भोजन से, एक चौथाई पानी से और एक चौथाई खाली रखना चाहिए। यदि पेट पूरी तरह से भरा हो, तो अग्नि (अग्नि) को कार्य करने के लिए जगह नहीं मिलती। यही कारण है कि अधिक खाने के बाद भारीपन, आलस्य और नींद आती है। विरोधाभासी आहार क्या है? कुछ खाद्य पदार्थों का एक साथ सेवन करने से शरीर में “विरोधाभासी आहार” उत्पन्न हो जाते हैं। उदाहरण के लिए: • दूध + नमक • दूध + खट्टे फल • फलों के साथ भारी भोजन • रात में दही • भोजन के तुरंत बाद ठंडा पानी। ऐसे संयोजन धीरे-धीरे बीमारी का कारण बनते हैं, तुरंत नहीं। ● ●अल्सैक्टिल टैबलेट - 1 टैबलेट दिन में दो बार खाली पेट ●अभयारिष्ट - 2 चम्मच गर्म पानी के साथ दिन में तीन बार भोजन के बाद ●गंधर्वहस्तदि अरंडी का तेल - भोजन में मिलाकर उपयोग करें ●दादिमष्टक चूर्ण - 2 चम्मच दिन में दो बार भोजन के बाद

Hello, Phangastritis (Pangastritis) ka matlab hai ki aapke poore stomach ki lining mein swelling hai. Ayurveda mein ise Amlapitta aur Vata-Pitta imbalance mana jata hai. Jab pet saaf nahi hota (constipation), toh gas upar ki taraf move karti hai jisse “dry burps” (khali dakar) aati hain. ​Aapki condition mein Pitta (inflammation) aur Vata (gas/constipation) dono badhe hue hain. Iska main treatment hai ‘Anulomana’, yani vayu aur mal (stool) ko niche ki taraf nikalna taaki dakar ana band ho. ​ Ayurveda Medicines & Dosage 1. ​Alsactil Tablet: Yeh acidity aur jalan (gastritis) ke liye best hai. ​Dose: 1 se 2 tablet, khane se 30 minute pehle, din mein do baar. 2. ​Gandharvahasthadi Castor Oil: Yeh purani kabj aur dry gas ko nikalne mein madad karta hai. ​Dose: 10 se 15 ml, raat ko sote samay gungune pani ya doodh ke saath. 3. ​Dhanwantharam Gulika: Yeh ‘dry gas’ aur dakar ko rokne mein asardari hai. ​Dose: 1 tablet, khane ke baad chaba kar khayein ya thode pani ke saath lein. ​ ​Din bhar gunguna pani piyein, thanda pani bilkul band kar dein. ​ Jyada mirch-masala, chai, aur maida na khayein. ​ Raat ka khana sone se kam se kam 3 ghante pehle kha lein.

Since stress seems to worsen your symptoms, try to avoid long gaps between meals, very spicy/oily food, tea/coffee on an empty stomach, and late-night eating.
