नमस्कार। आपकी बेटी की उम्र 15 वर्ष है और पिछले 6 महीनों से भोजन करने के बाद तुरंत शौच जाने की समस्या, दिन में 4–5 बार टॉयलेट जाना तथा गैस/पेट फूलने की शिकायत है। आयुर्वेद में यह स्थिति मुख्यतः ग्रहणी दोष (IBS), अग्निमांद्य (कमजोर पाचन अग्नि) तथा वात-पित्त असंतुलन से जुड़ी मानी जाती है। आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टिकोण जब पाचन अग्नि कमजोर हो जाती है, तो भोजन ठीक से नहीं पचता और बार-बार मल त्याग, पेट में गुड़गुड़ाहट, गैस, पेट फूलना तथा भोजन के तुरंत बाद शौच की इच्छा होने लगती है। आयुर्वेदिक उपचार कुटज घन वटी – 1 गोली सुबह और 1 गोली शाम, भोजन के बाद गुनगुने पानी के साथ। बिल्वादि चूर्ण – 3 ग्राम सुबह-शाम भोजन के बाद गुनगुने पानी या छाछ के साथ। तक्र कल्प (छाछ चिकित्सा) – दोपहर के भोजन के बाद 1 गिलास ताजी छाछ में थोड़ा भुना जीरा और सेंधा नमक मिलाकर दें। यह ग्रहणी को मजबूत करने में अत्यंत लाभकारी है। खान-पान में क्या दें? मूंग दाल की खिचड़ी सादा दही (यदि सूट करे) ताजा छाछ पका हुआ केला अनार चावल और मूंग दाल लौकी, तोरी, कद्दू जैसी हल्की सब्जियां गुनगुना पानी क्या न दें? पिज्जा, बर्गर, नूडल्स कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स और पैकेट जूस ज्यादा मिर्च-मसालेदार भोजन चिप्स, नमकीन, बेकरी उत्पाद बार-बार चाय, कॉफी बहुत ठंडी चीजें घरेलू उपाय 1 चम्मच भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर + 1 चुटकी सेंधा नमक छाछ में मिलाकर दें। सुबह खाली पेट 1–2 चम्मच बेल (Bael) का शरबत या बेल का मुरब्बा लाभदायक रहता है। भोजन के बाद थोड़ी मात्रा में सौंफ चबाने से गैस और पेट फूलना कम होता है। जीवनशैली भोजन निश्चित समय पर कराएं। भोजन को अच्छी तरह चबा-चबाकर खाने की आदत डालें। देर रात जागने से बचें। रोज़ 20–30 मिनट हल्की सैर करवाएं। मानसिक तनाव, चिंता और अधिक मोबाइल उपयोग भी IBS को बढ़ा सकते हैं, इसलिए पर्याप्त आराम और सकारात्मक दिनचर्या रखें।

Hello, 1. Did the doctor diagnosed this as IBS? 2. What is her stress level? 3. Please check if she is allergic dairy and wheat. 4. Did you notice weight loss in these 6 months? If possible please send the answer for the above questions. So that, appropriate medication can be suggested. However the following will help her a lot- Lifestyle- 1. Reduce exposure to social media if any. 2. Speak to her friends and teachers, just know if there is any stress factor playing. 3. Let her start practicing- 45 minutes of yogasana and 20 minutes of pranayama everyday without a break. Diet- 1. Avoid the food which causes the bloating/gas/bowel evacuation,if you have noticed any. 2. Drink 2 liters of boiled cooled water a day(add few roasted jeera to it) 3. Avoid deep fried food, processed food, out side food completely. Medicines- 1. Mustarishtam 15ml----0-----15ml by adding equal amount of boiled cooled water after breakfast and after dinner For 60 days. Follow up after 30 days. Take care, Kind regards.

Ek pita ya mata ke roop mein aapka chintit hona bilkul swabhavik hai, kyunki 15 saal ki umar mein padhai aur growing age ke sath aisi takleef bache ko physically aur mentally dono tarah se pareshan karti hai. ••Ek Ayurvedic perspective se isko manage karne ke liye yahan sabse safe aur effective tarike diye ja rahe hain: 1. Diet and Aahar (Sabse Mahatvapurna) Grahani rog ki chikitsa mein dawaiyon se bhi zyada mahatva Pathya (sahi khan-pan) ka hai. ••Takra (Chaas/Buttermilk): Ayurveda mein Grahani ki sabse behtareen dawayi Takra batayi gayi hai. Tazaa dahi mein barabar matra mein pani milakar, use makhkar makkhan nikal lein. Isme thoda sa bhuna jeera powder, kala namak, aur ek chutki soanth (dry ginger) powder milakar din mein 1-2 baar khane ke baad dein. Yeh intestinal flora ko theek karta hai aur baar-baar stool pass hone ke veg ko rokta hai. ••Kusha Chawal aur Khichdi: Use halka, garam aur aasani se pachne wala khana dein. Moong dal ki khichdi jisme thoda jeera aur ghee ka tadka ho, sabse best hai. Pachan badhane wale masale: Khane mein haldi, jeera, dhaniya, aur soanth (ginger) ka upyog karein. Yeh mand agni ko teez karte hain. •Kya Bilkul Na Dein (Apathya): ••Doodh (Milk): IBS/Grahani mein doodh pacha pana mushkil hota hai aur yeh loose stools badha sakta hai. Jab tak takleef theek na ho, direct doodh band rakhein (chaas di ja sakti hai). ••Bahar ka khana: Fast food, zyada tel-masale, cold drinks, aur bakery items (maida) intestinal lining ko aur irritate karenge. Kachi salad (Raw Salads): Kachi sabziyan pachan par load dalti hain. Sabziyon ko hamesha acche se pakakar (cooked form mein) hi dein. 2. Gharelu Upchar (Home Remedies) ••Jeera aur Saunf ka Pani: 1 chammach jeera aur 1 chammach saunf ko 2 glass pani mein ubaal lein, jab pani aadha reh jaye toh ise chhan kar rakh lein. Dinbhar mein thoda-thoda karke yeh pani bache ko pilayein. Yeh pet ke marod (cramps) aur bloating ko kam karega. ••Belgiri (Bael Fruit): Agar market mein tazaa Bel ka phal mile toh uska sharbat (bina doodh aur zyada cheeni ke) dein, ya fir Ayurvedic medical store se Bilva Churna laakar 1/2 chammach subah-shaam chaas ke sath dein. Bel intestinal motility ko regulate karta hai. 3. Ayurvedic Aushadhi ••Kutajavaleha ya Kutajghan Vati1-2 TabletDin mein do baar (Khane ke baad)Gungune pani ya chaas ke sath ••Sanjivani Vati1 TabletDin mein do baar (Khane ke baad)Gungune pani ke sath •Mansik Tanav (Stress) aur Routine IBS ka seedha connection hamare dimagee stress se hota hai (Gut-Brain Axis). 15 saal ki umar mein padhai ka stress ya anxiety bhi is bimari ko badhati hai. Usey khana hamesha shanti se aur chaba-chaba kar khane ko kahein. Khate waqt mobile ya TV bilkul na dekhne dein. Khane ke turant baad pani peene ki aadat band karein (aadha ghanta pehle ya 45 mins baad peeyein). Subah ya shaam ko 10-15 minute ke liye halka Anulom-Vilom Pranayam karne ko kahein, isse nervous system shant hota hai aur IBS mein bohot aaram milta hai.
