How to treat chronic mouth ulcers and constipation with weak digestion? - #56124

I have mouth regularly. Whenever i eat spicy food like samosa i get mouth ulcers .My digestion is weak i get gas and many times I get acidity in which my windpipe sense burn also i my stomach will not clear at one time when I go to toilet can say chronic constipation. I don't like to eat home made food like dal and rice when i see it it's feel Like i will vomit.
