यह लक्षण मंदाग्नि, अपच, गैस और कब्ज से जुड़े हो सकते हैं। संक्षिप्त आयुर्वेदिक उपचार Hingvastak Churna 3 ग्राम भोजन के बाद, दिन में 2 बार, गुनगुने पानी के साथ। Avipattikar Churna 5 ग्राम रात को सोने से पहले गुनगुने पानी के साथ। Triphala Churna 3–5 ग्राम रात को यदि कब्ज अधिक हो। परहेज ठंडे पेय, तला-भुना और भारी भोजन कम करें। सुबह गुनगुना पानी पिएँ और भोजन अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ।

आपके लक्षण—बहुत अधिक भूख लगना, खाने के बाद कच्ची डकार आना, पेट फूलना तथा सुबह पेट पूरी तरह साफ न होना—आयुर्वेद के अनुसार अग्नि विकार (पाचन शक्ति में असंतुलन) और वात-पित्त दोष की वृद्धि की ओर संकेत करते हैं। आयुर्वेदिक सलाह सुबह खाली पेट गुनगुना पानी पिएं। भोजन समय पर करें, विशेषकर नाश्ता बिल्कुल न छोड़ें। भोजन को अच्छी तरह चबाकर खाएं और अधिक मसालेदार, तला-भुना तथा जंक फूड कम करें। भोजन के बाद थोड़ी मात्रा में सौंफ या जीरा चबा सकते हैं। रात को देर से भोजन करने और देर रात जागने से बचें। तनाव और चिंता को कम करने के लिए नियमित योग, प्राणायाम और 30 मिनट टहलना लाभकारी रहेगा। आयुर्वेदिक औषधियां अविपत्तिकर चूर्ण 3–5 ग्राम भोजन के बाद दिन में 2 बार। हिंग्वाष्टक चूर्ण 1–2 ग्राम पहले ग्रास के साथ। कब्ज की प्रवृत्ति होने पर रात को त्रिफला चूर्ण 3–5 ग्राम गुनगुने पानी के साथ। आहार मूंग दाल, खिचड़ी, सब्जियां, पपीता, अमरूद और फाइबर युक्त भोजन लें। दिनभर पर्याप्त पानी पिएं। चाय, कॉफी और अत्यधिक खट्टे पदार्थों का सेवन सीमित रखें।

••Aapki pareshani ko main samajh sakta hoon. Ayurveda mein is sthiti ko “Mandagni” (weak digestive fire) aur “Apana Vayu” ka vilomgami (disturbed downward movement of air) hona kehte hain 1. Kacchi Dakkar Dur Karne Ke Upay (To Improve Digestion) ••Adrak aur Sendha Namak: Khana khane se 15 minute pehle adrak (ginger) ka ek chota tukda lein, uspar thoda sa sendha namak lagakar chabayen. Yeh aapke digestive enzymes ko activate karega jisse khana pachega, sadega nahi. ••Jeera-Dhania-Saunf Ka Paani: 1 chammach jeera, 1 chammach sabut dhania, aur 1 chammach saunf ko 2 glass paani mein ubaal lein jab tak paani aadha na reh jaye. Is paani ko gunguna karke din mein do baar (khana khane ke 30 minute baad) piyein. Yeh gas aur kacchi dakkar ko turant rokta hai. 2. Subah Pet Saaf Karne Ke Upay (To Relieve Constipation) ••Triphala Churna: Ayurveda mein ise sabse behtareen mana gaya hai. Roz raat ko sone se pehle 1 chammach Triphala churna gungune paani (warm water) ke saath lein. Yeh aanto (intestines) ko taqat deta hai aur subah pressure accha banata hai. ••Arand ka Tel (Castor Oil) ya Ghee: Agar constipation jyada hai, toh raat ko ek glass gungune doodh mein 1 chammach shuddh gaay ka ghee ya 1 chammach castor oil milakar piyein. Isse aanto mein khushki (dryness) khatam hoti hai. •Ushapana (Morning Water Ritual): Subah uthte hi, bina brush kiye, kam se kam 2 se 3 glass gunguna paani baithkar piyein. Isse pet par pressure banta hai aur toxins bahar nikalte hain. 3. Khane-Peene Ke Zaroori Niyam (Aahar & Vihar) ••Sabse zaroori baat: Khana hamesha chaba-chaba kar khayein aur bhookh se thoda kam khayein (agar 4 roti ki bhookh hai toh 3 hi khayein). ••Kya Khaayein: Pachaane mein halka khana jaise moong dal ki khichdi, daliya, lauki, tinda, aur parwal. Khane mein hing, jeera, aur kala namak ka istemaal badhayein. ••Kya Na Khaayein: Maida, fried food, fast food, stale food (basa khana), aur bohot jyada chai/coffee se parhez karein. Khane ke turant baad fridge ka thanda paani peena bilkul band kar dein.
