Chronic sticky stools with gastritis and Grade-1 fatty liver may be related to impaired digestion (Agnimandya), gut irritation, dietary triggers, or other gastrointestinal conditions. Since symptoms have persisted despite multiple medicines for 6+ months • Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food. • Kutaj Ghan Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after food. • Takrarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after meals. • Hingvashtak Churna – 2 g with the first morsel of food twice daily. Diet: • Avoid fried, oily, spicy, packaged foods, and excess tea/coffee. • Take light, freshly cooked meals. • Avoid self-medicating with multiple formulations simultaneously.

●Hello, I completely understand your anxiety, and I want to reassure you right away: please do not be scared. What you are experiencing is very common, and it is absolutely manageable and curable. In Ayurveda, sticky stool that only happens once in the morning points to a state of Mandagni (weakened digestive fire) creating Ama (undigested toxic residue) in your gut. When your digestive fire is weak, raw foods like cold fruits and salads cannot be broken down properly, which is exactly why they trigger your symptoms. The ultrasound findings of gastritis and Grade 1 fatty liver are just further proof that your metabolism and liver need gentle, steady cooling and resetting, rather than a heavy cocktail of multiple mixed medicines. ●Taking too many formulations like Avipattikar churna, sutshekhar ras, Kamdudha, arogyavardhini, and various tablets all at once can sometimes confuse the gut and overload the liver. The fact that you feel okay for a week and then relapse suggests your system is reacting to this overload. To clear this Ama and calm the deep-seated Pitta (heat) causing your gastritis, we need to simplify your routine and focus on deep, soothing healing. To calm the irritated lining of your stomach and bind the stickiness, I recommend a simple, structured approach using time-tested herbs: ●Asparagus + Conch Shell Ash (Shankha Bhasma) Method:Mix 1 teaspoon of Asparagus (Shatavari) powder with a pinch of Conch Shell Ash. Take this mixture together with a little lukewarm water twice a day. Consuming this for about 2 weeks can help calm acidity and bile, soothe the inflamed gut lining, and reduce the stickiness in your morning stool. ●Licorice + Mishri (Roller Sugar) Method:Take 1 teaspoon of Licorice (Yashthimadhu) powder, which actively reduces stomach irritation, and mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of Mishri powder. Take this combination with lukewarm milk or water 1 to 2 times a day. It is highly believed to help relieve acidity, reduce burning sensations, and soothe both the throat and overall digestion. ●Alongside these gentle remedies, your daily habits play the biggest role in curing gastritis and a fatty liver. Follow these simple rules to reduce acidity and re-ignite your digestive fire naturally: eat your meals strictly on time, and completely limit spicy, sour, and fried foods. Never lie down immediately after eating; try to take a gentle hundred steps or sit in Vajrasana instead. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, but avoid drinking large quantities right before or during your meals. Lastly, always keep your dinner light and easily digestible, like a warm khichdi or vegetable soup. Even small rules contribute greatly to balancing Pitta and letting your liver heal. ●Since you have been managing this for 8 months and have a Grade 1 fatty liver, please consult in personal chat.

••You have been taking excellent classical medicines, but there are a few reasons why the problem clears up for a week and then returns: ••Over-medication & Medicine Fatigue: Taking Avipattikar, Sutshekhar, Kamdudha, Praval Pishti, Arogyavardhini, Cologrit, Pulcerid, and Hinguvachadi all together or in rapid succession creates a therapeutic conflict. Some are highly cooling (Kamdudha, Praval), while others are highly heating/scouring (Arogyavardhini, Hinguvachadi). This confuses the Agni (digestive fire) rather than stabilizing it. ••The “Ama” (Sticky Toxins) Factor: The sticky stool (Saama Mala) indicates that your food is not being digested properly at the stomach and duodenal level. When you eat raw salads or fruits, your weak Agni cannot process their cold, rough (Ruksha), and heavy qualities, triggering an immediate relapse. ••The Fatty Liver Connection: Grade 1 fatty liver directly points to Yakrit-Pleeha Mandya (sluggish liver function). In Ayurveda, the liver is the seat of Bhootagni (elemental metabolic fire). If the liver is sluggish, downstream digestion in the intestines will naturally remain incomplete and sticky. The Ayurvedic Management Plan (The Reset) ••To cure this, we must stop suppressing symptoms and instead focus on Deepana (igniting the digestive fire), Pachana (digestion of sticky toxins), and Grahi (improving the absorbing capacity of the intestines). 1. Simplification of Medicine (The “Less is More” Approach) Discuss stopping the heavy overload of multiple formulations with your treating physician and consider transitioning to a targeted protocol like this: ••To Digest the Stickiness (Ama Pachana): Chitrakadi Vati or Agnitundi Vati (1 tablet twice a day, 15 minutes before meals). This directly cuts through the Ama and stimulates gastric juices. ••To Bind the Stool & Heal the Gut Lining: Kutajavaleha (1 teaspoon twice a day after meals) OR Kutajghan Vati combined with Bilwadi Churna. Kutaja and Bilva are the absolute gold standards for chronic sticky stool and intestinal weakness. ••For Liver Support (Addressing Fatty Liver): Instead of multi-herb combinations, a simple course of Bhumi Amalanji (Bhumyamalaki) churna or Liv-52 DS can help clear hepatic congestion gently without aggravating the gut. 2. The Golden Remedy: Takra Abhyasa (Buttermilk Therapy) For Grahani, Charaka Samhita states there is no medicine superior to Takra (freshly prepared buttermilk). It is light, digestive, astringent, and acts as a natural probiotic. ••How to prepare: Take 1 part fresh, non-sour curd and whisk it with 4 parts water. Remove any froth/fat that floats to the top. ••How to take: Mix in a pinch of roasted cumin powder (Jeera), rock salt (Saindhava Lavana), and a tiny pinch of dry ginger powder (Sunthi). Drink this with your lunch daily. 3. Crucial Dietary Adjustments (Ahara) ••Strictly Avoid: Raw salads, raw fruits (especially citrus or heavy fruits like banana), cold water, tea/coffee on an empty stomach, milk, heavy pulses (like Rajma, Chhole, Urad Dal), and refined flour (Maida). ••What to Eat: Warm, freshly cooked, easily digestible food. Well-cooked split green gram (Moong Dal Khichdi) prepared with a little cow’s ghee, cumin, and ginger should be your staple until the stickiness disappears. Eat old rice, Laja (puffed rice), and bottle gourd (Lauki), round gourd (Tinda), or pointed gourd (Parwal). ••Water intake: Drink only warm water throughout the day. This acts as a natural Pachana (digestive tool) to scrape away intestinal stickiness

Based on your history, this appears to be a chronic digestive imbalance involving Mandagni (weak digestive fire), Ama (undigested toxins), Grahani Dushti, and mild Pitta-Kapha aggravation. The presence of sticky stool, bloating, reduced appetite, gastritis, and Grade-1 fatty liver indicates that digestion and absorption are not functioning optimally. The good news is that this condition is generally treatable in Ayurveda, but recovery often requires correcting the root cause rather than continuously changing medicines. Since you have been taking multiple formulations for several months with only temporary relief, your digestive fire (Agni) may still not be properly restored. Ayurvedic Understanding Sticky stool suggests the presence of Ama and Kapha accumulation in the gastrointestinal tract. Bloating and poor digestion indicate weakened Agni and Grahani dysfunction. Reduced appetite is a sign that the digestive system is struggling to process food efficiently. Fatty liver (Grade 1) is commonly associated with impaired metabolism and Kapha accumulation. Dietary Advice Eat freshly prepared, warm, light meals. Prefer: Moong dal khichadi Light vegetable soups Steamed vegetables Thin rice gruel Jeera, ajwain, and ginger in cooking Drink warm water throughout the day in small quantities. Avoid Cold water and refrigerated foods Excess tea, coffee, bakery items, and packaged foods Heavy, oily, fried, and cheese-rich foods Lifestyle Recommendations Eat meals at fixed timings. Do not overeat even when feeling better. Take a gentle 20–30 minute walk after meals. Manage stress and anxiety, as chronic digestive disorders are often aggravated by mental stress. Important Advice Agni Deepana, and liver-supportive therapy need to be adjusted according to the current stage of the disease. Also, if not done recently, consider discussing with your doctor whether further evaluation such as stool examination, liver function tests, or gastrointestinal assessment is required to rule out other causes. Prognosis Yes, your condition is curable and manageable in most cases. The fact that symptoms improve intermittently indicates that the digestive system is responsive. However, long-standing Grahani disorders usually require consistent diet regulation, proper medicine selection, and patience for several weeks to months for stable recovery.

Hello, Your condition appears to be related to Mandagni (weak digestion), ama accumulation, gastritis, and Grade1 fatty liver, leeading to improper digestion and sticky stools. The good news is that this is usually manageable and often improves with the right treatment, diet, and patience, but repeatedly changing medicines or self medicating can delay recovery Ayurvedic Management 1) For digestion and ama clearance -Agnitundi vati= 1 tab twice daily before meals with warm water for 8 weeks -Hingwastaka churna= 1/2 tsp with the first morsel of lunch and dinner for 2 months 2) For gastritis, acidity and gut healing -Avipattikar churna= 1 tsp at bedtime with lukewarm water -Yashtimadhu churna= 1/2 tsp twice daily after food for 6 weeks 3) For fatty liver support -Bhumiamla capsules= 1 cap twice daily after meals for 3 months -Livo plan syrup= 20ml twice daily after meals Diet advice -eat freshly cooked warm food only -moong dal, rice, cooked vegetables, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, pomegranate -drink warm water throughout the day Avoid frequent fruits and raw salads for now if they aggravate symptoms Avoid curd at night, bakery items, fried food, cold drinks , excess tea/cofffee, and packaged foods Lifestyle -walk 20-30 min daily after meals -avoid sleeping immediately after eating -maintain regular meal timings -practice deep breathing or pranayam for 15 min daily With proper agni correction and dietary regulation, this condition is generally curable and controllable but treatment may require 2-3 months of consistent management rather than frequent medicine changes Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
