आपके लक्षण (सुबह 2 बार शौच जाना, देर तक बैठना पड़ना, बार-बार मुंह के छाले और कभी-कभी पेट में जलन) पाचन विकार, अम्लपित्त (Acidity) या आंतों की संवेदनशीलता से जुड़े हो सकते हैं। आयुर्वेदिक उपचार: • अविपत्तिकर चूर्ण 3–5 ग्राम, दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद गुनगुने पानी के साथ। • यष्टिमधु चूर्ण 2 ग्राम, दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद। • कामदुधा रस (सादा) 1 गोली, दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद। छालों के लिए: • यष्टिमधु चूर्ण और शहद का लेप छालों पर दिन में 2–3 बार लगाएं। • त्रिफला काढ़े या गुनगुने पानी से कुल्ला करें। आहार: • बहुत तीखा, खट्टा, तला हुआ भोजन, चाय-कॉफी और कोल्ड ड्रिंक कम करें। • आंवला, नारियल पानी, केला और अनार का सेवन बढ़ाएं। • पर्याप्त पानी पिएं।

Hello, You are experiencing mouth ulcers In ayurveda, this is called “mukha paka”, the meaning inflammation and ulceration of the mouth due to imbalance of doshas- mainly pitta and rakta Causes -nutritional deficiency- folic acid, vit b12, iron -acidity or indigestion -food allergies- fast food, presevative -stress or hormonal imbalance -poor oral hygiene Ayurvedic causes -excess intake of pitta provoking foods -spicy, sour, oily, fried, fermented , junk food -excess tea, coffee, alcohol, smoking -irregular meals, late nights -aama (toxin accumulation) from poor digestion -mental stress increases pitta and vata -blood vitiation due to above factors Treatment goals -remove the root cause (aama + pitta imbalance) -detoxify the body (shodhana) if needed -heal the ulcers and reduce inflammation -purify blood -enhance immunity and digestion -prevent recurrence Internal medications 1) avipattikar churna= 1/2 tsp with warm water before meals twice daily for 6 weeks =balances pitta, reduces acidity, improves digestion 2) kamdudha ras (moti yukta)= 250mg twice daily after meals with cold milk for 8 weeks =potent pitta-shaman and ulcer healing 3) gandhak rasayana= 250mg twice daily after meals for. Months =improves immunity, purifies blood, prevent recurrence 4) sukumar ghrita= 1 tsp empty stomach with lukewarm milk for 1 month =balances pitta and vata, regulates bowel 5) yashtimadhu churna= 1/2 tsp twice daily with honey for 4 weeks =anti inflammatory, mucosal healing 6) triphala churna= 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water =gentle detox, improves digestion, and oral health External treatment 1) mouth gargles -yashtimadhu kasahya= boil 1 tsp licorice powder in 1 cup water-> reduce to half-> cool-> gargle 3-4 times/day =soothes pain, promote healing -triphala decoction gargle= cleans mouth, reduces inflammation, prevents infection 2) topical applications -honey + turmeric paste- apply directly on ulcers thrice daily= antibacterial, healing -coconut oil application= reduces burning and pain -ghee application= cooling and healing 3) oil pulling -swish 1 tbsp coconut oil for 5-10 min every morning before brushing =removes toxins from oral cavity, strengthens gums and mucosa Diet -fresh fruits= banana, apple, pear, pomegranate -green leafy vegetables= bottle gourd, ash gourd, cucumber -whole grains- wheat, rice, barley -milk, ghee especially cow ghee -coconut water, buttermilk -soaked raisins, amla juice Avoid -maida, bakery products, junk and fast foods -spicy, sour, fermented foods -pickles, chili, vinegar -alcohol, smoking, carbonated drinks -excess tea,coffee -late night meals, overeating Lifestyle changes -maintain regular meal times -chew food properly -avoid sleeping immediately after meals -stay hydrated -get adequate aleep- 7-8 hrs -avoid excessive stress, anger, and night work -keep mouth clean- brush gently with herbal paste= triphala/yashtimadhu Yoga asanas- for better digestion -vajrasana -pawanmuktasana -matsyasana -bhujangasana Pranayam -sheetali and sheetkari -anulom vilom -bhramari Home remedies -cold milk rinse= relieve burning sensation -apply honey + turmeric= thrice daily -coconut oil pulling= 5-10 min every morning -coriander seed water- soak overnight drink in morning -aloe vera juice= 20 ml daily morning empty stomach -chew basil leaves= improves immunity, purifies blood Non healing mouth ulcers are not just a mouth problem- they reflect internal imbalance of pitta, poor digestion, and toxin accumulation Ayurveda treats the root cause through -improving digestion -removing toxins -cooling and purifying the bloood -strengthening mucosa and immunity With proper diet, medicines, and lifestyle, the recurrence can be completely prevented Healing happens from inside out- avoid instant, processed foods and support your body’s natural balance through mindful eating and a calm lifestyle Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you नमस्ते, आपको मुँह के छाले (माउथ अल्सर) की समस्या हो रही है। आयुर्वेद में इसे “मुख पाक” कहा जाता है। इसका मतलब है दोषों - मुख्य रूप से पित्त और रक्त - के असंतुलन के कारण मुँह में सूजन और छाले होना। कारण - पोषक तत्वों की कमी (जैसे फोलिक एसिड, विटामिन B12, आयरन) - एसिडिटी या अपच - खाने से एलर्जी (जैसे फास्ट फूड, प्रिजर्वेटिव) - तनाव या हार्मोनल असंतुलन - मुँह की खराब सफाई। आयुर्वेदिक कारण - पित्त बढ़ाने वाले खाद्य पदार्थों का अधिक सेवन - तीखा, खट्टा, तैलीय, तला हुआ, फर्मेंटेड (खमीर वाला) और जंक फूड - चाय, कॉफी, शराब और धूम्रपान का अधिक सेवन - अनियमित भोजन, देर रात तक जागना - खराब पाचन से ‘आम’ (विषाक्त पदार्थों) का जमाव - मानसिक तनाव से पित्त और वात का बढ़ना - ऊपर बताए गए कारणों से रक्त का दूषित होना। इलाज के लक्ष्य - मूल कारण (आम + पित्त असंतुलन) को दूर करना - ज़रूरत पड़ने पर शरीर को डिटॉक्स करना (शोधन) - छालों को ठीक करना और सूजन कम करना - रक्त को शुद्ध करना - इम्यूनिटी और पाचन को बेहतर बनाना - दोबारा होने से रोकना। अंदरूनी दवाएं 1) अविपत्तिकर चूर्ण = 6 हफ़्ते तक दिन में दो बार भोजन से पहले आधे चम्मच गर्म पानी के साथ लें = पित्त को संतुलित करता है, एसिडिटी कम करता है, पाचन में सुधार करता है। 2) कामदुधा रस (मोती युक्त) = 8 हफ़्ते तक भोजन के बाद दिन में दो बार 250mg ठंडे दूध के साथ लें = पित्त को शांत करने और छालों को ठीक करने में बहुत असरदार। 3) गंधक रसायन = भोजन के बाद दिन में दो बार 250mg लें। महीनों तक = इम्युनिटी बढ़ाता है, खून साफ़ करता है, दोबारा होने से रोकता है 4) सुकुमार घृत = 1 चम्मच खाली पेट गुनगुने दूध के साथ 1 महीने तक = पित्त और वात को संतुलित करता है, पेट साफ़ रखता है 5) यष्टिमधु चूर्ण = 1/2 चम्मच दिन में दो बार शहद के साथ 4 हफ़्ते तक = सूजन कम करता है, म्यूकोसा को ठीक करता है 6) त्रिफला चूर्ण = 1 चम्मच सोने से पहले गर्म पानी के साथ = हल्का डिटॉक्स, पाचन और मुंह की सेहत में सुधार बाहरी इलाज 1) मुंह के गरारे - यष्टिमधु काढ़ा = 1 कप पानी में 1 चम्मच मुलेठी पाउडर उबालें -> आधा होने तक उबालें -> ठंडा करें -> दिन में 3-4 बार गरारे करें = दर्द से राहत, ठीक होने में मदद - त्रिफला काढ़े से गरारे = मुंह साफ़ करता है, सूजन कम करता है, इन्फेक्शन रोकता है 2) ऊपर से लगाना - शहद + हल्दी का पेस्ट - छालों पर सीधे दिन में तीन बार लगाएं = एंटीबैक्टीरियल, ठीक करने वाला - नारियल तेल लगाना = जलन और दर्द कम करता है - घी लगाना = ठंडक और आराम देता है 3) ऑयल पुलिंग - रोज़ सुबह ब्रश करने से पहले 1 बड़ा चम्मच नारियल तेल 5-10 मिनट तक मुंह में घुमाएं = मुंह से टॉक्सिन्स निकालता है, मसूड़ों और म्यूकोसा को मज़बूत करता है डाइट - ताज़े फल = केला, सेब, नाशपाती, अनार - हरी पत्तेदार सब्ज़ियां = लौकी, पेठा, खीरा - साबुत अनाज - गेहूं, चावल, जौ - दूध, घी (खासकर गाय का घी) - नारियल पानी, छाछ - भीगी हुई किशमिश, आंवला जूस क्या न खाएं - मैदा, बेकरी प्रोडक्ट्स, जंक और फास्ट फूड - तीखा, खट्टा, फर्मेंटेड खाना - अचार, मिर्च, सिरका - शराब, स्मोकिंग, कार्बोनेटेड ड्रिंक्स - ज़्यादा चाय, कॉफ़ी - देर रात खाना, ज़रूरत से ज़्यादा खाना लाइफस्टाइल में बदलाव - खाना खाने का समय तय रखें - खाना ठीक से चबाएं - खाना खाने के तुरंत बाद सोने से बचें - हाइड्रेटेड रहें - पूरी नींद लें - 7-8 घंटे - ज़्यादा तनाव, गुस्सा और रात में काम करने से बचें - मुंह साफ़ रखें - हर्बल पेस्ट से धीरे-धीरे ब्रश करें = त्रिफला/यष्टिमधु योग आसन - बेहतर पाचन के लिए - वज्रासन - पवनमुक्तासन - मत्स्यासन - भुजंगासन प्राणायाम - शीतली और शीतकारी - अनुलोम विलोम - भ्रामरी घरेलू उपाय - ठंडे दूध से कुल्ला = जलन से राहत - शहद लगाएं + हल्दी = दिन में तीन बार - नारियल तेल से कुल्ला (ऑयल पुलिंग) = हर सुबह 5-10 मिनट - धनिया के बीज का पानी = रात भर भिगोकर सुबह पिएं - एलोवेरा जूस = रोज़ सुबह खाली पेट 20 ml - तुलसी के पत्ते चबाएं = इम्युनिटी बढ़ाता है, खून साफ़ करता है मुंह के छाले जो ठीक नहीं हो रहे, वे सिर्फ़ मुंह की समस्या नहीं हैं -
