Yes, Mukta Pishti is often used in Ayurveda for Pitta-related gastric irritation and ulcers. If you do not tolerate milk, you may take a small dose (125–250 mg) with honey before bedtime. Take Mukta Pishti 125–250 mg with honey at bedtime. Kamdudha Ras 1 tablet twice daily after food. Yashtimadhu Churna 3 g twice daily with warm water. Avoid spicy, sour, fried foods, tea, coffee, and prolonged fasting.

Thank you doctor, yesterday i had a test and now it’s ulcerative colitis - does the same remedy apply for this pitta/vata situation ?
Ulcerative colitis (comparable to Pittaja/Raktaja Atisara and Grahani disorders in Ayurveda) Take Kutaj Ghan Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after meals. Bilwadi Churna – 3 g twice daily after meals. Dadimashtaka Churna – 3 g twice daily with lukewarm water. Takra (buttermilk) with roasted cumin if tolerated. Diet Rice, moong dal, pomegranate, ripe banana, boiled vegetables. Avoid spicy, fried, oily foods, alcohol, and processed foods.
