Tantra Max usually should not be continued long term without doctor supervision. If improvement occurs after 1 month, many people reduce dose or stop gradually. Avoid self-use for many months continuously. Take Ashwagandha 3 gm with warm milk at night Kaunch Beej Churna 3 gm nightly Chandraprabha Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food Also improve sleep, exercise, stress control, and reduce smoking/alcohol/porn. If diabetes, BP, obesity, anxiety, or low testosterone are present, check with doctor.
