Hasthmaithun se ling chhota nahi hota, ye bhram hai. Lekin ati-hasthmaithun se Shukra dhatu kshaya, Vata vriddhi, mansik chinta, weakness, low confidence, early discharge/erection weakness jaise symptoms aa sakte hain. —Upay: porn/trigger avoid karein, raat me phone door rakhein, daily exercise–pranayam karein, 7–8 ghante neend lein, satvik diet + milk/ghrit/dry fruits lein. —Bala Ashwagandhadi Taila or Mahanarayana Taila Dose/Use: 5–10 drops लेकर lower abdomen, groin area, thighs, waist पर हल्की मालिश करें — 10 min, रात में या नहाने से पहले. –Rx 1) Ashwagandhadi lehyam– 1 tsf BD Doodh ke sath, after food 2) Shatavari tab – 1 tab BD Doodh ke sath, after food 3) Kapikacchu Churna – 3 gm HS Raat ko milk ke sath (Agar acidity/heat ho to avoid/low dose) 4) Brahmi Vati – 1 tab BD After food, anxiety/overthinking ke liye 5) Chyawanprash – 1 tsp OD Morning milk ke sath ----Lifestyle / Pathya Porn/trigger bilkul avoid, phone raat ko door rakhein. Hasthmaithun ko gradually reduce karein; sudden guilt na karein. Daily 30 min walk/exercise + Anulom-vilom, Bhramari 10 min. Milk, ghee, dates, almonds, makhana, moong dal, fruits.
