Night fall kabhi-kabhi normal hota hai, par 3 din lagatar night fall ke saath private part me dard aur urine me jalan Pitta prakop / Mutravaha srotas irritation ya infection ka संकेत हो सकता है. —Isliye sirf Shatavari-badam-kishmish se manage na karein; urine routine/culture karwa l –Rx: 1) Chandraprabha Vati – 1 tab BD after food with lukewarm water. 2) Syp Neeri KFT – 2 tsp BD after food with ½ cup water. 3) Gokshuradi Guggulu – 1 tab BD after food. 4) Chandanasava – 15 ml + 15 ml water BD after lunch and dinner. 5) Ashwagandhadi Lehyam – 1 tsp HS with lukewarm milk. —Note: If urine burning is severe, start this after 3–5 days once burning reduces, as lehyam can feel heavy/ushna in some patients. ----Duration: 7–10 days, then review. -Pathya-Apathya: Drink plenty of water, coconut water, saunf/dhaniya water. Avoid spicy, fried, sour food, alcohol, smoking, excess tea/coffee. Avoid masturbation/sexual activity for few days. Wear loose cotton underwear, maintain hygiene, avoid late nights. ----Investigations advised: Urine routine/microscopy + urine culture; if discharge/risky contact then STI screening.
