Kamini Vidrawan Ras may help premature ejaculation in Vata prakriti, but use only short term. Dose 1 tablet at night after food with warm milk for 15–30 days under Ayurvedic supervision. Take Ashwagandha churna 3 g at bedtime with milk Kaunch beej churna 3 g twice daily after food Avoid: Stress, late nights, excess masturbation, smoking, alcohol, pan masala.

I will not recommend to take it. —if lete h to thode time k liye low dose m hi l –Rx: 1) Ashwagandha Churna – 3 gm BD, दूध के साथ, भोजन के बाद 2) Shatavari Churna – 3 gm BD, दूध के साथ, भोजन के बाद 3) Brahmi Vati – 1 tab HS, पानी के साथ 4) Saraswatarishta – 15 ml + 15 ml पानी, BD after food ----advice Alcohol, smoking, spicy/junk food, late night, excess tea/coffee —Pathya: दूध, घी, खजूर, बादाम, मखाना, गर्म पौष्टिक भोजन Regular meals, proper sleep —Lifestyle: Anulom-vilom + Bhramari pranayama 10 min daily Stress management, daily walk Sesame oil abhyanga 3–4 times/week Follow-up: 15 days बाद review.

Hello dear, kamini vidravan rasa however is used in premature ejaculation, but it is not suitable for everyone other than that source should be authentic because it contains mercury like metals, if it’s not in good quality it may harms your body and damages kidneys and liver than benefits. So take it under guidance of Ayurvedic doctor. Other than that, eating on time and sleeping on time is very important because our body and hormones works naturally if we follows natural circadian rhythm.
