A. Local Cleansing & Relief (Sthanika Chikitsa)

Boil 2 tablespoons of Triphala Churna and 5–6 Neem leaves in 1 liter of water.

Use this water to wash the external intimate area twice daily. Triphala acts as an astringent (Kashaya) that dries up excess Kapha moisture, while Neem is a potent ••Krimighna (anti-microbial/anti-fungal) herb that kills the root infection causing the rash.
•Soothing Relief: You can apply a thin layer of pure organic Coconut Oil (Narikela Taila) or Jatyadi Taila to the external rashes. Coconut oil is naturally cooling (Sheeta) and will instantly calm the Pitta burning and heal the skin.
B. Internal Herbal Formulations (To balance Doshas & Hormones)
•For Itching and Toxins: Gandhak Rasayan (1–2 tablets twice daily after meals) or Haridrakhanda (1 teaspoon with lukewarm water). These are premium Ayurvedic blood purifiers and anti-allergics that target deep-seated skin rashes and chronic itching.
•For Burning & Early Bleeding (Pitta Pacifiers): Formulations like Pradrantak Churna, Chandraprabha Vati, or Kamdudha Ras are highly effective in cooling down the internal heat caused by the contraceptive pill and regulating vaginal discharge.
C. Critical Diet & Lifestyle Shifts (Ahara-Vihara)
••Avoid: For the next few weeks, strictly avoid extremely spicy, sour, fermented foods (like curd, pickles, vinegar), and deep-fried items. These foods instantly increase Pitta and will keep the burning sensation alive.
