Start with your diet. Make sure your meals are warm, oily, and easy to digest to support agni, your digestive fire. Skip raw salads and cold foods, which can aggravate vata. Instead, go for cooked veggies, whole grains like brown rice and warm milk—add a pinch of cardamom or nutmeg for extra digestive boost.

Herbal remedies can be helpful too. Ashwagandha is a standout—it’s known for reducing stress and increasing stamina.
