मैं पिछले 1 साल से कब्ज से परेशान हूँ। मैंने डॉक्टर से सलाह ली, उन्होंने कहा कि ये फिशर हैं। उन्होंने मरहम और दवाइयाँ दीं। इससे थोड़ी राहत मिलती थी। लेकिन पिछले 24 नवंबर से अब तक ये बहुत बार हो रहा है, जैसे हफ्ते में एक बार, कब्ज... फिर खून आना। कभी-कभी सिर्फ पहली बार मल पास करते समय खून आता है और दिन में बाद में मल पास करते समय खून के धब्बे नहीं होते। मैं इससे बहुत परेशान और थक चुका हूँ। दही, फल, सब्जियाँ और घर का बना खाना खा रहा हूँ लेकिन कोई फायदा नहीं हो रहा। मुझे क्या करना चाहिए? कृपया मदद करें।

Firstly, hydrating adequately is crucial. Aim for 2 to 3 litres of lukewarm water daily; herbal teas like fennel, or cumin may also help. These can be soothing for the digestive system and also aid in softening stools. Ghee can be beneficial too – consider taking 1-2 teaspoons of warm ghee in a cup of warm milk before bed. Ghee is known to lubricate the intestines and might relieve constipation.

Include more fiber-rich foods like whole grains, lentils, and leafy greens, but balance it out with steaming or cooking them well, as raw foods can increase Vata if there’s digestive weakness. Since you’re already consuming fruits, focus on fibrous options like papaya, pears, and boiled apples. However, avoid excessively cold foods and beverages as they can increase Vata imbalance.

Additionally, Triphala churna, taken with warm water before bed, is a classical ayurvedic remedy for promoting healthy digestion and regular bowel movements. Start with a small dose – about half a teaspoon, and observe how your body responds.

Exercise is also vital for promoting digestive agni and improving bowel health. Simple brisk walks or yoga poses like Vajrasana or Malasana can benefit digestion.

Given the bleeding, ensure your iron levels are adequate. If symptoms persist, this can indicate a need for more comprehensive treatment. If bleeding continues to be frequent or the pain worsens, it’s important to seek further medical evaluation to ensure there isn’t a more serious underlying condition. Ayurveda emphasizes holistic care, but understanding when surgical or modern interventions are necessary is equally important.

Patience is key, as balancing doshas naturally may take time. If there’s no improvement, consider consulting with a practitioner for personalized therapy.
