Engage in a daily self-massage (abhyanga) with warm sesame oil to pacify Vata, and maintain a fixed sleep schedule to encourage restful nights. Avoid stimulants like caffeine and choose calming teas, such as chamomile, instead. Maintaining a routine, like consistent meal times, sleep, and exercise, also supports your overall balance through this transition period.
