However, before starting any new remedy, especially with less-known preparations, consulting a local Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare professional is wise. In chronic reflux and bloating, we consider the balance of Pitta dosha and agni.

1. Start by focusing on your diet, avoid any Pitta-aggravating foods which include spicy, oily or excessively sour foods that may increase acidity, instead, incorporate cooling and calming foods like fresh fruits, cucumber, bitter gourd, and coconut water. Eat smaller, more frequent meals, ovr large heavy ones.

2. Herbs like amla (Indian gooseberry), coriander, licorice, and fennel can provide relief. You can try having amla juice in the morning or mixing a teaspoon of coriander powder in warm water post meals. It aids in balancing Pitta.

3. Triphala, a combination of three fruits, can help in regulating digestion. Consume one half teaspoon of Triphala powder with warm water before bed for better digestion and bloating relief.

4. Practice yoga poses like Vajrasana after meals for few minutes as they help enhance your digestion. Avoid lying down immediately post meals, wait at least 2-3 hours before going to bed.

5. Keep a consistent daily routine involving regular mealtimes, sufficient hydration, and rest. Minimize stress through pranayama or meditation, as stress contributes to increased acid reflux and bloating.

6. If symptoms persist or worsen, consulting with a healthcare professional is crucial to rule out any underlying serious condition which may require Western medical attention.
