मेरे पास फिशर है और मेरे पेल्विक फ्लोर मसल्स बहुत टेंशन में हैं। पॉपिंग के बाद मुझे बहुत जलन होती है और यह समस्या एक साल से चल रही है। कभी ठीक हो जाती है और फिर से खराब हो जाती है। मैं इसे कैसे ठीक कर सकता हूँ?

Consume regular small meals and avoid cold or raw foods that can aggravate Vata. Hydrate well, but avoid excessive water intake during meals to not weaken Agni, the digestive fire.

Yoga practice focusing on asanas for pelvic floor relaxation is crucial—consider doing Vajrasana and Malasana for few minutes daily. These positions encourage natural alignment and promote flow. Pranayama techniques like Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing) can further help by calming the mind and reducing stress levels.

It’s crucial, though, to consult with a healthcare provider especially if conditions like fissures persist, to rule out the need for medical interventions. If symptoms like bleeding, severe pain or signs of an infection present, seek immediate medical attention.
