बच्चे के जन्म के बाद पेट कैसे टाइट करूं? मैंने सारा बेबी फैट खो दिया है और मैं पूरी तरह फिट हूं, बस बच्चे के जन्म के बाद थोड़ा ढीला महसूस होता है। मेरी मेटाबॉलिज्म हाई है। मेरा वजन पहले जैसा ही है। मैं एक्सरसाइज नहीं करती हूं। 2 साल पहले बच्चे को जन्म दिया था।
