how to balance all 3 doshas - #43272
I am really struggling with feeling balanced lately and just don’t know how to make sense of it all. A couple months ago, I started feeling more anxious and tired all the time, like I can't keep up with life. I thought maybe it was just stress from work, but I've also been eating poorly (a lot of takeout, not the best choices) and skipping my yoga sessions. I’ve learned a bit about the doshas, and I think my Pitta is like totally out of control! But like, I just can’t figure out how to balance all 3 doshas. I’ve read that if my Pitta is high, I might be prone to irritability and inflammation, and that’s totally me right now. But then again, I feel sluggish like my Kapha is too much as well! It’s frustrating because I want to know how to balance all 3 doshas effectively if my lifestyle is a wreck right now. Should I focus on diet changes first, or maybe adjust my daily routine? Also, are there specific herbs or practices you think would be helpful for someone like me? Just really lost about this and hope you all can help me find some kind of balance in my life again!
