I am really struggling with some gastric issues lately. I’ve been experiencing this bloating and discomfort after eating, and sometimes it just feels like my tummy is in a knot. Like, does curd help with digestion or does it worsen bloating? I've read that probiotics in curd could be beneficial, but at the same time, I worry that it might backfire on me. I’ve also been trying a few others tips, but those end up conflicting with what works for me.
