मेरा वजन कम नहीं हो रहा है, पिछले 1 साल में 5 किलो बढ़ गया है। मेरी उम्र 41 साल है, पिछले साल तक वजन सामान्य था, लगभग 56 किलो, अब 1 साल में 63 किलो हो गया है। कृपया मुझे सुझाव दें।
