I am really confused about how to take liv 52. A few months ago, I got diagnosed with fatty liver, and my doc recommended liv 52, saying it would help with the liver function and improve digestion. At first, I thought it was just some herbal thing, but then I did some online research and learned it’s really popular in Ayurveda. But now I'm like, am I taking it right??? My friend said that I should take it before meals, but then I read somewhere that you should take it after meals. I just dont know what’s correct. Also, does it make a difference if I take it with water or milk? The bottle doesn't say much about the timing, just that I should stick to the dosage. I feel like I want to make sure I'm doing it right. I've been feeling kinda bloated and just sluggish lately. I want to get my energy back and make my liver healthy again, you know?
