कुछ फलों, दही आदि खाने के बाद गंभीर कब्ज और गैस्ट्रिक की समस्या, शरीर में दर्द जो कभी बाईं तो कभी दाईं ओर शिफ्ट होता है। उच्च कोलेस्ट्रॉल, फैटी लिवर ग्रेड वन। उच्च रक्तचाप। गर्भाशय को 5 साल पहले हटाया गया था, हिस्टेरेक्टॉमी के बाद से। पिछले 5 सालों से हिस्टेरेक्टॉमी के बाद जब भी मैं चलती हूँ या व्यायाम करती हूँ तो दाहिने पैर में सूजन आ जाती है। पहले पीसीओडी, इंसुलिन रेजिस्टेंस था। कभी-कभी कुछ खाने या तनाव के बाद पूरे शरीर में दर्द होता है, जो कभी बाईं ओर तो कभी दाईं ओर होता है।
