Yoga aur Pranayama jaise Anulom-Vilom aur Bhramari, aapke man aur sharir ko shaant kar sakte hain, aur aapki heartbeat bhi smabhavate aayegi.
Siddha-Ayurvedic vidhi mein pani ka sevan mahatvpoorna hain, to din bhar mein lagbhag 8-10 glass paani zaroor piyen. Isse sharir se toxins nikalne mein madad milegi aur labh milega apko.
Pet ko relax rakhne ke liye, lagbhag 1/2 chamach jeera aur saunf ko thoda farma rakh kar khaa lene se rok lagati hai. Gravy-based ya chatpate bhojan se door baniye, kyunki yeh pitta ke asantulan ko aaghat kar sakte hain.
Agar symptom kabhi zyada intense ho, toh jaldi se apne physician se mulaqat karein. Aapke likit sabhi reports toh normal hain, par phir bhi agar aapke symptoms taiyar ho rahein hain, toh kisi specialist ki salah leni zaroori ho sakti hai. Apne sharir ke sanket par dhyan dein aur yeh smaron mein rakhne ki koshish karein.
