Hastmathun, yaani excessive indulgence in personal habits, ke karan shayad vatta dosha vikar hone se apka sharir kamzor aur ajirn jaisa anbhav kar raha hai. Yeh sthiti tab hoti hai jab recaka (discharge) samsargik kriya ke dvara aprapta hoti hai aur pranjun (vitality) kam hone lag jaati hai.
Ayurvedic madhyam se apako apna agni sudharne koshish karna chahiye taki apki digestive takat vapas ayye aur aapke tattvon ka samasya dur ho sakta hai. Sabse pahle, jeera aur ajwain ka pani pchelya adha ganta peene ki aadat daalni chahiye, yeh apke pachen shakti ko majbut karega. Iske alawa, aap Trikatu churn (saunth, kali mirch, peepal) se bana ek choona le sakte hain – ek chammach garm paani ke sath din me do baar sevan karein, khaane ke baad.
Hastmathun ki vajah se hoti sharir ki gathni ko sudharne ke liye, Ashwagandha avaleha ya Shatavari kalp ek chammach doodh ke sath raat ko lena suru kar sakte hain – yeh dhatu poshan me madad karega. Anya mahatvapurn cheezein jo apko karni chahiye, wo hai apni dinacharya durust karna, yog aur pranayam (jese Anulom Vilom iwgen Nasal breathing) karna, jisse apke ojas (energy and vitality) badhne lagein.
Dhatu bal ko badhane ke liye sahi bhojan bhi mahatvapurn hai — gharelu ghee, makkhan aur dudh ka sevan vishesh taur par shamil karein, parantu sab kuch matra me aur dekhte hue ki wo aapko hazm ho.
Agar in sab se rahat nahi milta, toh kisi Siddha-Ayurvedic chikitsak se sampark karein tak ki vo samiksha karke vyakti-gat ilaj de sake. Samasya gambhir ho sakti hai yah jaroori hai ke ise yathasambhav suljha lena.
