Piles, yaani ki hemorrhoids, ke liye Ayurveda me bahut sari upaye hain jo aapko rahat dilane me madad kar sakte hain. Pehli baat, aapki aahar aur jeevan shailee me kuch parivartan anawaryak hain. Din mein kam se kam 3-4 litres paani piyein, kyunki yah aapki bowel movements ko soft banata hai aur constipation se rakshya karta hai.
Aahar me fiber ki maatra badhayein jisse apko shonch mein aasan milega. Iske liye sabjia (jaise ki lauki, tori, ghiya) aur fruits (jese papita aur santre) apne khane me shamil karein. Gehu ke bina polished rice, ya oats bhi aapke liye behtar hain.
Daily routine me yoga aur vyayam shamil karein, jise digestive agni ko prabal banane me madad milti hai. Specific asanas, jaise pawanmuktasana aur malasana, ko apna sakte hain jo specifically piles ke liye faydemand hai.
Dawaiyon ke liye, Triphala churna le sakte hain, iska ek chamach garam paani ke sath raat ko sone se pehle lein, jo kabz kam karne me madad karta hai. Isko regular lene se antrak agni sahi rahta hai.
Nariyal tel ya badam tel ka pachtaye huye jagah par laagav karein, yah kacche ban ko shitalta deta hai aur jalan kam karta hai.
Agar halat control me nahi aa raha ya bleeding hone lagta hai, turant doctor ki salaah lein. Ye bhi zarrori hai ki bade bhari ya spicy khane, taral padarth (jese alcohol), aur sulle ka prayog se dur rahe. Agar samasya jyada gambhir hai, kisi qualified Ayurvedic doctor se milna laabh karak ho sakta hai.
