I am currently serving as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital, Nalgonda, where I specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of various ano-rectal disorders. My clinical focus lies in treating conditions such as piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), rectal polyps, and pilonidal sinus using time-tested Ayurvedic approaches like Ksharasutra, Agnikarma, and other para-surgical procedures outlined in classical texts. With a deep commitment to patient care, I emphasize a holistic treatment protocol that combines precise surgical techniques with Ayurvedic formulations, dietary guidance, and lifestyle modifications to reduce recurrence and promote natural healing. Dr. Sara Garg
I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

Ayurveda also recognizes that such chronic viral conditions are managed through Rasayana (rejuvenative therapy), immunity strengthening, and symptom control, rather than total eradication. The goal is to reduce recurrence, ease discomfort, and improve resilience.

1.Guduchi ghan vati 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 2.Neemghan vati 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 3.Haridra khand 1 tsp with warm milk empty stomach in the morning 4.Mahamanjisthadi kwath 20 ml with 20 ml water twice daily after meals

🥗 Lifestyle & Diet Tips - Avoid triggers: Excess stress, lack of sleep, very spicy/sour foods, alcohol, and excessive heat exposure. - Favor cooling foods: Pomegranate, cucumber, coconut water, leafy greens. - Daily routine: Gentle yoga, pranayama (Anulom Vilom, Bhramari) to calm mind and strengthen immunity. - Sleep: Ensure 7–8 hours of restful sleep; stress and fatigue often trigger outbreaks. - Local care: Aloe vera gel or neem oil (external application) may soothe lesions, but only after they are clean and dry.

Hi, I appreciate you asking this so openly. But dont worry we are here to help you out 😊

Can you get rid of it completely?

No, you can’t. Neither modern medicine nor Ayurveda can totally remove the herpes virus (HSV-1 or HSV-2) from your body. Once it’s in, it hides out in your nerve cells, staying quiet most of the time.

But here’s the upside: You can control it. Most people can cut down the number and severity of outbreaks by 80-90%. Some go years without a single attack.

AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

Genital herpes, from this perspective, comes down to issues with Pitta and Rakta—basically, heat and blood impurities. It’s similar to conditions like Visarpa or Pittaja Kustha. What sets it off? Stress, weak immunity, too much sex, and poor digestion.

So, what can Ayurveda actually do? It works on boosting immunity (Ojas), cooling down Pitta, purifying the blood, and strengthening your nerves. This keeps the virus from flaring up.

INTERNAL MEDICATION

- Guduchi Ghan Vati: 2 tabs, twice a day - Gandhak Rasayan: 1 tab, twice a day - Kamdudha Ras: 1 tab, twice a day - Manjistha Churna: 3 grams, twice a day

During an outbreak, mix neem oil and coconut oil (half and half) and apply it to the area.

DIET AND LIFESTYLE –probably more than anything else:

AVOID - Alcohol - Non-veg food - Spicy stuff - Late nights - Stress - Multiple partners

INCLUDE - Coconut water - Pomegranate - Moong dal - A little ghee - Warm, fresh meals

Here’s the reality check: The virus will always be there. But if you stay disciplined, you won’t see sores, you won’t have pain, and your sex life stays normal. Honestly, a lot of my patients only have an attack every few years—or not at all.

No, you can’t wipe out the virus. But yes, you can definitely control it. That’s the most honest and realistic answer.

Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

HSV virus lifetime body mein rehta hai, Ayurveda se virus ko permanently khatam nahi kiya ja sakta.

Lekin bahut achhi control ho sakti hai: -Outbreaks ki frequency bahut kam ho jati hai -Severity (dard, jalan, blisters) 70–90% tak ghat jati hai -Healing jaldi hoti hai -Immunity strong hoti hai , recurrences bahut rare ho jate hain

Control Plan Medicines 1 Haridrakhand – 5–10 gm subah-sham garam pani se 2 Kaishore Guggulu – 2 tablet subah-sham khane ke baad 3 Neem churna / Neem capsule – 500 mg subah-sham 4 Giloy satva – 500 mg subah pani se

Local Care (bahut zaroori) 1 Jatyadi Ghrita ya Neem oil – affected area pe halka lagayein 2 Triphala kwath se sitz bath – 15 min din mein 2 baar

Diet (strict 2–3 months) Khaye: moong khichdi + ghee, anar, nariyal pani, lauki, kheera Puri tarah band: spicy, sour, fried, garlic-onion, alcohol, non-veg, junk, heavy dairy Paani 3–4 L garam piyein

Lifestyle Stress kam karein: Anulom-Vilom 10 min roz Neend 10 PM – 6 AM strictly Tight underwear na pehnein, cotton hi use karein

Recurrent herpes ke liye Ayurveda bahut achha supportive hai, lekin outbreak severe ho to dermatologist se antiviral (acyclovir) bhi le sakte hain.

HELLO,

Genital herpes is caused by the Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV)
Once this virus enters the body, it does not leave completely. Instead -It hides in the nerves near the spine -It stays in a sleeping (latent) state

From time to time it becomes active again causing -Blisters -Burning -Pain -Itching -Ulcers This is why the disease is called recurrent

Important truth
No medicine system -Ayurveda, Allopathy, Homeopathy can permanently remove the virus from nerves
Treatment aims to control the disease, not magically erase it

Why do recurrences happen again and again? Common triggers -Stress, anxiety, fear -Lack of sleep -Weak immunity -Fever or other infections -Excess sexual activity -Alcohol, smoking -Spicy, oily, junk food -Excess heat in the body

According to Ayurveda recurrent genital herpes mainly involves -Pitta Dosha (heat, burning, inflammation) -Rakta Dhatu (blood and skin tissues) -Ojas depletion (low immunity)

It resembles conditions like: -Pitta-pradhana Visarpa -Rakta-dushti janya twak vikara

TREATMENT GOALS -Reduce frequency of attacks -Reduce severity and pain -Faster healing of lesions -Improve immunity (Ojas) -Remove heat and toxins (Pitta-Rakta shodhana) -Improve mental strength and stress tolerance

With proper treatment, many patients get -Long symptom-free periods -Very mild recurrences -Better control over triggers

Internal Medicines

A) Pitta & Rakta pacifying medicines =Reduce burning, inflammation, skin lesions, blood impurity.

1) Guduchi ghan vati= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =Immunity booster, antiviral support, Pitta balancing

2) Neem capsules=500 mg twice daily after meals = Blood purifier, reduces skin eruptions

3) Gandhak Rasayan= 250 mg twice daily after meals =Skin healing, reduces recurrence tendency

4) Kaishore Guggulu= 2 tablets twice daily after meals = Rakta shodhana, anti-inflammatory

5) Arogyavardhini Vat= 1 tab twice dailyy after meals =Liver detox → better blood purification

Immunity strengthening Used after acute burning reduces: 1. Amalaki Rasayana= 1 tsp in morning =Improve long-term resistance, Reduce frequency of outbreaks

Local Treatment

During active lesions Cleaning -Wash gently with: -Triphala decoction -or Panchavalkala kwatha -Once or twice daily

Local application -Shatadhauta Ghrita -Jatyadi Ghrita (if ulcers present) -Diluted Neem oil (if itching) =Faster healing, Less burning, Prevents secondary infection

Avoid -Steroid creams -Random antifungal combinations -Excess washing or scrubbing

Panchakarma (For chronic recurrent cases) Done only under expert supervision. Useful therapies: 10 Virechana (purgation)
→ removes excess Pitta and toxins

2)Rakta Mokshana (rare, selected cases)

3. Rasayana therapy after detox

Never done during active outbreaks.

Diet

Strictly avoid -Spicy food -Sour & fermented food -Pickles, vinegar -Alcohol, smoking -Excess tea, coffee -Bakery & junk food

EAT -Cooling foods -Bitter vegetables (karela, neem leaves) -Lauki, tori, pumpkin -Rice, moong dal -Coconut water -Plenty of water

Lifestyle Changes -Proper sleep (7–8 hours) -Avoid late nights -Reduce stress -Avoid sexual contact during outbreaks -Use protection -Maintain genital hygiene -Avoid tight synthetic underwear

Helpful practices -Anulom Vilom – balances nervous system -Sheetali / Sheetkari – reduces body heat -Bhramari – reduces anxiety -Meditation – stress control

15–20 minutes daily is enough.

Home Remedies -Coconut water daily -Aloe vera juice (if digestion allows) -Coriander seed water (cooling) -Turmeric milk (only when no active burning)

Investigations Needed -hSV-1 & HSV-2 IgG / IgM (once) -Blood sugar (diabetes worsens recurrence) -CBC -Liver function (if long-term medicines used) -HIV test (important in recurrent severe herpes)

When to use modern medicine along with Ayurveda? -Severe pain -Very frequent outbreaks (>6 per year) -To reduce transmission risk -Immunocompromised patients =Combination approach is often best and safest

-Genital herpes is manageable, not shameful -Ayurveda offers long-term control, not instant cure -Discipline + patience = best results -Avoid doctors promising “100% permanent cure” -Regular follow-up is important

DO FOLLOW

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

THANK YOU

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. Ankit Rathore
I am someone who really got to feel the weight of actual practice during my one year internship at the civil hospital. It wasn’t just routine—it was a daily crash course in reality, where textbook cases didn’t always match what walked through the door. I spent long hours rotating through departments—OPD, emergency, minor OT, even labor rooms—and yeah, each one taught me something I couldn’t’ve learned sitting in lectures. There were days I saw over 40–50 patients in OPD, most with multilayered complaints—gastritis mixed with anxiety, or skin rashes that flared worse in stressy situations. I had to listen sharp, note quick, and still not miss anything. Like, once I forgot to double-check a sugar reading and the case shifted entirely, and that messed with me a bit. You learn from these things tho. I did. Civil hospital life means working with all types of ppl—those with chronic issues like joint pain, those rushing in with acute fevers, and sometimes those who just need someone to explain their condition calmly. I handled case sheets, helped in rounds, observed surgeries (some minor, some I couldn’t stop thinking about later tbh), managed herbal prescriptions under supervision, and did a lotta counseling, which is underrated honestly. One thing that stood out to me was how often symptoms were being treated but not the pattern behind them. Like repeat migraines? Usually it was more about sleep or stress than just pain. That shifted how I approached things. Made me dig deeper, not just ask "what hurts" but also "since when and what else changed?" The internship taught me to act quick but also pause when needed, speak confidently but also shut up and learn when I didn’t know something—trust me, those moments happened too. It gave me the ground reality of how Ayurvedic support can sit side-by-side with hospital protocols. Not everything went smooth—forgot a file once, mixed two doses (minor issue but still), and yeah, sometimes I was too cautious when I shoud've acted faster. But that year shaped me... more than anything else. And I carry all that messiness and learning into my practice now, everyday.

Dr. Ayush Bansal
I am an Ayurveda doctor with about 1 yr of hands on clinical practice, still learning everyday from patients and the science itself. My journey started as a VOPD doctor with Hiims Hospital under Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. For 6 months I was into virtual consultations, understanding cases online, preparing treatment protocols and doing follow ups to track progress. That phase trained me well in quick patient assesment and also in explaining Ayurveda in a way that fit with modern expectations. I dealt with many chronic and acute cases during that time.. things like gastric issues, joint pain, stress related complaints, skin problems. The remote setting forced me to sharpen my diagnostic skill and rely more on careful history taking, prakriti analysis, and lifestyle understanding. After that, I moved to a Resident Doctor role at Chauhan Ayurved and Panchkarma Hospital, Udaipur. This was very different.. more practical, hands on, and really grounded me in classical Panchakarma. I was actively part of planning and performing therapies like Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and other detox and rejuvenation procedures. Many patients came with long standing spine issues, metabolic disorders, skin complaints, or hormonal imbalance and I got to see how tailored Panchakarma protocols and lifestyle advice together can bring changes that medicines alone couldn’t. Working closely with senior consultants gave me better clarity on safety, step by step planning and how to balance classical texts with practical hospital settings. Now, whether in OPD consultations or Panchkarma wards, I try to meet patients with empathy and patience. I focus on root cause correction, using herbs, diet, daily routine guidance, and therapy whenever needed. My belief is that Ayurveda should be accessible and authentic, not complicated or intimidating. My aim is simple—help people move towards long term wellness, not just temporary relief. I see health as balance of body, mind and routine.. and I want my practice to guide patients gently into that space.

Dr. Maitri Bhavesh Kumar Acharya
I am Dr. Maitri, currently in my 2nd year of MD in Dravyaguna, and yeah, I run my own Ayurvedic clinic in Ranoli where I’ve been seeing patients for 2 years now. Honestly, what pulled me into this path deeper is how powerful herbs really are—when used right. Not just randomly mixing churnas but actually understanding their rasa, virya, vipaka etc. That’s kinda my zone, where textbook knowledge meets day-to-day case handling. My practice revolves around helping people with PCOD, acne, dandruff, back pain, stiffness in knees or joints that never seem to go away. And I don’t jump to giving a long list of medicines straight away—first I spend time figuring out their prakriti, their habits, food cycle, what triggers what… basically all the small stuff that gets missed. Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox. Being into Dravyaguna helps me get into the depth of herbs more confidently. I don’t just look at the symptom—I think okay what guna will counter this? Should the drug be snigdha, ushna, tikta? Is there a reverse vipaka that’ll hurt the agni? I ask these questions before writing any combo. That’s made a huge diff in outcomes. Like I had this case of chronic urticaria that would flare up every week, and just tweaking the herbs based on sheetala vs ushna nature... helped calm the system in 3 weeks flat. Not magic, just logic. I also work with women who are struggling with hormonal swings, mood, delayed periods or even unexplained breakouts. When hormones go haywire, the skin shows, digestion slows, and mind gets foggy too. I keep my approach full-circle—cleansing, balancing, rejuvenating. No quick fixes, I tell them early on. What I’m hoping to do more of now is make Ayurveda feel practical. Not overwhelming. Just simple tools—ahara, vihara, aushadha—used consistently, with some trust in the body’s own healing. I’m still learning, still refining, but honestly, seeing people feel in control of their health again—that’s what keeps me rooted to this.

Dr. Mandeep Sharma
I am a doctor with about 22 years of experience working closely with chronic patients, and also with special children, and that long time in practice has shaped how I see medicine day to day. My work is focused on long-term care, chronic disease management, and supporting children with special needs, which is demanding and sometimes a bit heavy, but also very grounding. Over the years I have learned that treating chronic conditions is rarely straight line progress, and patients dont always fit into neat plans or textbook descriptions. I am deeply involved in ongoing care rather than quick fixes, following patients over time and adjusting treatment as their needs change, sometimes slowly, sometimes all at once. Working with special children has required patience, flexibility, and attention to small details that others might miss, and honestly I am still learning from them even after two decades. My approach is practical and calm, with a strong focus on continuity of care, symptom control, and improving daily function, not just lab numbers or reports. I am careful to listen, even when the story comes out messy or incomplete, because chronic illness rarely shows up clearly on first try. Some days the work feels straightforward, other days less clear, but I stay committed to providing consistent medical support that families can rely on. I try to balance clinical judgement with human understanding, though I get it wrong sometimes, and then I adjust. After 22 years in this field, I still believe steady care, clear communication, and realistic planning matter more then promises that sound good!!

Dr. Basavarajeshwari B
I am a holistic Ayurvedic physician focused on healing that connects the body, mind, and day to day life in a practical way. My academic journey started at DGMAMC, where I completed my graduation in Ayurveda, followed by a Master’s degree in Roganidana from SDM College of Ayurveda and Hospital, Hassan, which shaped how I look at disease from the root level rather than just symptoms. During my training, I received extensive clinical exposure in both OPD and IPD settings, learning directly through patient care at these institutions. Later, I worked for over 2 years at Shri Jagadguru Gavisiddeswara Ayurvedic Medical College, Koppal, managing a wide range of clinical cases. Those years taught me patience, clinical clarity, and also how unpredictable real healing can be sometimes. My practice is based on personalized, evidence-based Ayurvedic medicine, with strong focus on diagnosis, preventive healthcare, and long-term sustainable healing. I spend time understanding prakriti, lifestyle patterns, and underlying imbalances, even when it takes longer than expected or feels repetitive. Ayurveda, for me, works best when care is individualised and realistic, not rushed. I believe true healing happens through the alchemy of mind and body, though I am still learning how deeply connected they really are. I try to offer care that is attentive, compassionate and accessible, and I stay available to my patients on call when they need guidance, even outside regular hours. Some days are intense, some quieter, but the commitment stays the same—supporting health in a way that feels grounded, honest, and human..

Dr. M.Sushma
I am Dr. Sushma M and yeah, I’ve been in Ayurveda for over 20 yrs now—honestly still learning from it every day. I mostly work with preventive care, diet logic, and prakriti-based guidance. I mean, why wait for full-blown disease when your body’s been whispering for years, right? I’m kinda obsessed with that early correction part—spotting vata-pitta-kapha imbalances before they spiral into something deeper. Most ppl don’t realize how much power food timing, digestion rhythm, & basic routine actually have… until they shift it. Alongside all that classical Ayurveda, I also use energy medicine & color therapy—those subtle layers matter too, esp when someone’s dealing with long-term fatigue or emotional heaviness. These things help reconnect not just the body, but the inner self too. Some ppl are skeptical at first—but when you treat *beyond* the doshas, they feel it. And I don’t force anything… I just kinda match what fits their nature. I usually take time understanding a person’s prakriti—not just from pulse or skin or tongue—but how they react to stress, sleep patterns, their relationship with food. That whole package tells the story. I don’t do textbook treatment lines—I build a plan that adjusts *with* the person, not on top of them. Over the years, watching patients slowly return to their baseline harmony—that's what keeps me in it. I’ve seen folks come in feeling lost in symptoms no one explained… and then walk out weeks later understanding their body better than they ever did. That, to me, is healing. Not chasing symptoms, but restoring rhythm. I believe true care doesn’t look rushed, or mechanical. It listens, observes, tweaks gently. That's the kind of Ayurveda I try to practice—not loud, but deeply rooted.

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

Dr. Jatin Kumar Sharma
I am a BAMS graduate and currently running my own clinic, where I see patients on a regular basis and try to give them honest, practical care. My daily work involves understanding different health concerns, listening properly to what the patient is going through, and then planning treatment in a way that actually fits their routine. I believe treatment should not feel confusing or rushed, and sometimes even small changes make a big difference. Running my own clinic has taught me a lot about responsibility and consistency. Some days are busy, some are slow, but every patient brings a different challenge and learning. I focus mainly on Ayurvedic treatment methods, lifestyle correction and long-term health balance, rather than quick fixes. There are times when progress takes longer, but I stay patient and keep working with the person step by step. I try to keep my approach simple, practical and honest. For me, real success is when a patient feels better in daily life, sleeps better, eats better and slowly regains balance. That is what keeps me going and improving every day.
