पुरानी कब्ज के लिए सबसे अच्छे जड़ी-बूटियाँ कौन सी हैं? काफी समय से ये समस्या चल रही है। सौंफ, कास्कारा साग्राडा आदि आज़माए हैं, लेकिन कुछ काम नहीं कर रहा। धन्यवाद।

Hello I can understand you situation Dealing with chronic constipation since many years You have also tried many home remedies like fennel Cascara but nothing is working for you But don’t worry we are here to help you out According to Ayurveda , constipation is due to vata aggravation once we balance vata, constipation gradually improves for this how much medicines will work more than that your diet and lifestyle will play major role AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT 1. Abhyaristha 20ml twice daily after food 2. Anuloma DS 1 tablet at bed time 3. Triphala Churna 1 tsp with warm water at bed time These medicines will balance your vata and also regulate your bowel movement Also Weekly once Take 1 tsp of castor oil with warm water at bed time DIET AND LIFESTYLE -Include 1 tsp of ghee in your diet -have fiber rich foods like papaya , cooked vegetables -Have daily soaked raisins and figs - Instead of normal water daily have only warm water Lifestyle changes- -Daily walk for 30 mins -Do yoga and pranayama -daily suryanamaskara -AT bed time apply some warm oil over your lower abdomen With proper medications with proper diet and lifestyle changes your constipation will be significantly reduced Wishing you good health Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate
