● Sarvakalpa Kwath and Mulethi Kwath: Mix both herbs. Take a teaspoon of each and boil it in 400 ml of water. When 100 ml of water remains, strain it and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning and evening. ● Trikata Powder, Moonga Powder, Godanti Bhasma, Baheda Powder, Shilasindoor, Copper Bhasma, Pearl Powder: Mix all the herbs and make 60 packets. Consume with water, honey, and cream half an hour before breakfast and dinner. ● Kanchanar Guggulu, Vridhivadhika Vati, Arogyavardhini Vati: Take one tablet of each of these three tablets three times a day, half an hour after breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with lukewarm water.
