Your mixture (Ashwagandha, Safed Musli, Kauch Beej, Shatavari) is mainly Brimhana (body-building, heavy, nourishing) in nature. These herbs can increase Kapha and dry/slow Apana Vata if digestion and hydration are not balanced, leading to constipation and hard stools. Why this is happening: Heavy herbal combination → slows bowel movement Low water intake (1–2 L is low for this condition) Mild Vata imbalance in colon (Apana Vata) Milk + heavy herbs together → more sluggish digestion in some people Simple Ayurvedic correction: 1. Fix constipation first (most important) Triphala churna – 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water OR Isabgol (psyllium husk) – 1–2 tsp with warm water at night 2. Constipation ke liye Upchar— Aapke stool ko narm karne aur bowel movement badhane ke liye: Triphala Churna: 1 chammach raat ko sote samay gungune pani ke sath lein. Isabgol (Psyllium Husk): Agar Triphala se aram na mile, toh 2 chammach Isabgol gungune pani ke sath raat ko lein. Ghee ka Sevan: Din mein lunch aur dinner mein 1 chammach Shuddh Ghee dal kar khayein. Yeh intestine ko lubricate karta hai. 3.Lifestyle mein Badlav---- Pani ki matra badhayein: Aap abhi 1-2 liter pani pee rahe hain, ise badhakar 2.5 se 3 liter karein. Bina paryapt pani ke ye herbs pet mein khushki (dryness) paida karti hain. Fiber Diet: Papaya (papita), bhigoaye huye kishmish (raisins), aur hari sabziyan jyada khayein. Walking: Rozana kam se kam 20-30 minute walk karein taki digestion active rahe.
