Experience:
2 years
Education:
Uttrakhand Ayurved University
Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am focused mainly on managing common acute and chronic health conditions through Ayurvedic clinical practice, especially digestive disorders, stress-related illnesses, lifestyle disorders, musculoskeletal pain, and respiratory complaints. This range comes from real clinical exposure, not theory alone, and honestly it keeps expanding as patient patterns keep changing. I am trained to apply evidence-based Ayurvedic protocols, while still respecting classical foundations, which is sometimes harder than it sounds. Each case demands attention to Dosha imbalance, digestion, and daily habits, and I dont rush that part, even when time feels tight. I am particularly interested in a holistic, root-cause–oriented approach to care. Treatment planning usually combines Ayurvedic medicines with Ahara (diet), Vihara (lifestyle), and preventive strategies, rather than depending on a single intervention. Some days the lifestyle part feels like the hardest to explain, but it matters deeply. I am careful to individualize recommendations based on what the patient can actually follow, not what looks perfect on paper. The goal is sustainable improvement, even if progress comes slowly!! This balance between classical wisdom and real-life practicality guides most of my clinical decisions, even when cases feel slightly unclear at first.
Achievements:
I am gained strong hands-on clinical exposure during my internship, managing OPD and IPD patients under guidance of senior Ayurvedic physicians. I am experienced in Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment planning using classical texts and evidence based practice, though learning never really stops. I am actively involved in patient counseling diet planning and lifestyle modification as per Ayurvedic principles. I am committed to ethical medical practce, patient confidentiality, and continous professional learning!!

I am a qualified BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) graduate with a strong grounding in classical Ayurveda and how it fits into modern clinical settings. My training shaped the way I think about disease, health, and recovery, and honestly I still keep learning from every patient I see, even now. I am experienced in patient consultation, detailed case taking, and Ayurvedic diagnosis based on Prakriti, Vikriti, Agni, Dosha imbalance, and lifestyle patterns. I focus a lot on understanding the root cause rather than just symptoms, which sometimes takes time, and sometimes patients are surprised by how many questions I ask. But that part matters. A lot. My approach to treatment planning is individualized and practical, combining classical Ayurvedic principles with present-day life realities. Diet, daily routine, mental stress, sleep habits, and digestion all play a role, and I try to address them together, not in isolation. Some days this process feels complex, but I believe clarity comes from that complexity. I have hands-on experience managing a wide range of general health concerns through Ayurveda, using personalized therapies and lifestyle guidance. I pay close attention to Agni assessment because weak digestion quietly causes many problems, though this is often overlooked. I may repeat this point during consults, maybe too often. I aim to practice Ayurveda in a way that feels grounded, ethical, and realistic. I am careful not to overpromise results, and I value honest communication, even when progress feels slow. Medicine is not always linear, and healing rarely follows a straight line!! I am committed to continuing clinical learning and refining my skills, while staying rooted in authentic Ayurvedic wisdom, even when modern practice pulls in many directions.
