Apko fish oil lene ke baad thoda pet main dard huva but motion pass karne ke baad aram laga issase ye pata chalta hai ki ye temporary digestive disturbance tha aur iske future mai kuch problem nhi hoga

Apaka per dard motion pass karne ke baad kam hua matlab ye gas ya phir digestive imbalance se hua hai

Fish oil mai omega 3 fatty acids hote hai joh
-Heart health
-Brain function
-Inflammation kam karne mai helpful hota hai
Par kuch logo nai ye thoda heavy ho shakta jai jisase
-Gas

-Dakar ana  utapann ho shakta hai
