Doctors' responses
Dear Friend, Based on the symptoms you described — frequent hunger every few hours, loose but sticky stools, bloating, heaviness after eating, dry skin, facial rash with itching, disturbed sleep, and burning in the anal region — it suggests a combined imbalance of Pitta and Vata along with weak and irregular digestive fire (Agni). In Ayurveda, when Pitta becomes aggravated in the digestive system and Vata disturbs intestinal movement, it can lead to conditions similar to Grahani imbalance, described in Charaka Samhita and Ashtanga Hridaya. This may explain your symptoms such as irregular hunger, sticky loose stools, bloating, heaviness after meals, skin rash, and disturbed sleep. Sometimes strong cooling medicines used to calm Pitta may further weaken digestion (Agni), which can increase gas, bloating, and loss of appetite, which you noticed. General Ayurvedic guidance: Maintain regular meal timings and avoid long gaps between meals. Prefer warm, light, freshly prepared foods that support digestion. Avoid excessive spicy, fried, processed foods and late-night eating. Try to improve sleep routine, as lack of sleep aggravates both Vata and Pitta. Gentle relaxation or breathing practices before bedtime may help. Since your symptoms have been present for more than 6 months, a proper assessment of your Prakriti, Agni, and Dosha imbalance is necessary before suggesting specific medicines. If you would like detailed guidance regarding Ayurvedic medicines, diet plan, and proper dosage according to your condition, you may book my consultation for a personalized evaluation. If my answer helps you, you can also send your gratitude through a satisfied response. 🙏 Wishing you good health.
