Can Genius Pills for Brain Power Really Help with Focus and Memory? - #22095

Joseph

I am just really curious about these so-called genius pills for brain power. Pretty much every other day, I see ads and posts on social media saying they enhance focus and memory. So, I decided to try some out. I mean, who wouldn't want to boost their brain? Right? The first time, I took one before a big meeting at work, and honestly, I felt like I was on fire! I was thinking fast, replying quicker, and it was so great. But then I noticed my heart started racing a bit and I got a headache later. It wasn’t that great... Second time, I tried it when studying for my exams, and ya know, I felt a little more alert which I guess is a plus? But, was that really just the pills or my anxiety? Tough to tell. Have any of you also tried genius pills for brain power? Do they really work? Or am I just getting my hopes up here? I read different reviews and some say it doesn't work for them at all. I’m also worried about any side effects; like what if I’m damaging my brain in the long run? Just doesn’t feel right! Plus, I’m a little concerned about becoming reliant on them to feel focused. Anyone out there find that they had great results without any negative effects? I could really use some personal experiences before I decide whether to keep taking these genius pills for brain power or just stick to coffee instead and call it a day. Thanks everyone!

Hello Joseph,

These Genius pills contain ayurveda extracts, not 100% ayurvedic, and they also contain specified microcrystalline cellulose, and the tablet coating itself has many chemicals. at first use you got a bit activated because it has extract of cannabigerol and caffeine might rushed your hormones and you were active ,

Suggestio to stop them instead there are many medya dravyas which can improve you brain power. simple eating 1 leaf of guduchi daily can improve it a lot if u need additional take Chavanprash with good Pharma company don’t go for famous labelled companies and medya rasayana will also help

thankyou

GENIUS PILLS as I have read it contains Caffeine in high dose, L-Theanine, Ginkgo biloba, etc and synthetic compounds which is harmful

it may produce racing heart and headache and have risk to increased anxiety, sleep disruption, mood swings, unknown long term effects especially if used daily

SO WILL SUGGEST YOU TO NOT TAKE THIS KIND OF PILLS

ALTERNATIVES THAT ACTUALLY WORKS INSTEAD OF PILLS- REGULAR EXERCISE- boost mood and brain plasticity HEALTHY DIET- rich in omega - 3s, antioxidants, green leafy Good sleep- brain booster MEDITATION AND MINDFULLNESS- improves focus nd reduce stress’ limited multitasking- help memory and retention

Alternative safe ayurvedic herbal medications you can take Saraswarista- 20ml with water twice a day in morning and night Smritisagar rasa- 1 tab twice a day with water after meals BRAHMI VATI- 1 TAB WITH MILK AT NIGHT Chintamani rasa- 1 tab twice daily after food

safe and effective medications

duration- 2 months

include ghee, milk, honey in diet yoga, sleep, diet etc will help and is effective thank you have a stress free life

It’s quite common to see numerous claims about genius pills enhancing brain function, but it’s crucial to approach them carefully. Most of these products, often categorized under nootropics, promise increased focus and enhanced memory through various ingredients. However, their effectiveness is not universally proven, and reactions can vary greatly from person to person.

In Ayurveda, the focus on enhancing brain power considers several aspects, such as dosha balance—particularly Vata and Pitta—and overall health. Ayurveda embraces the concept of medha (intellect) and buddhi (wisdom), emphasizing natural ways to nourish and sharpen the mind. For example, using natural herbs like Brahmi, Shankhpushpi, or Ashwagandha can support cognitive functions. Each has its way of helping the brain, but they generally nourish and rejuvenate sadhaka pitta (responsible for mental clarity and intellect), among other benefits.

When you took these pills and experienced side effects like heart racing and headaches, it suggests that your body might not be receptive to some of the active ingredients. Such reactions could indicate an excessive stimulation of the nervous or cardiovascular system, especially if the formula contains stimulants. It’s wise to listen to your body in these moments.

Instead of relying on synthetic pills, integrating a balanced lifestyle might show similar benefits without the downsides. Ensuring adequate sleep, maintaining a sattvic diet (rich in milk, ghee, fresh fruits and nuts), and practicing regular meditation or yoga can significantly boost concentration and brain power over time. Also, following a dinacharya (daily routine) aligned with your natural rhythms helps in maintaining mental and physical balance.

If you plan to continue, consider consulting a healthcare professional or an Ayurvedic practitioner. They assess your unique prakriti (constitution) and suggest personalized remedies. It’s essential to make informed decisions and be aware of potential dependencies. A gradual shift to natural daily practices alongside consulting qualified professionals can offer long-term benefits without side effects. Stay cautious, ensure anything you take is well-researched and suited to your body’s needs.
