I am struggling with recurring fevers and low energy, and I heard giloy leaves might help but honestly, I’m kinda lost. Just the other day, my friend started raving about how to use giloy leaves for boosting immunity and I really want to try it out. I went to this local herbal shop and got some dried giloy leaves but I'm not really sure what to do next. Should I be boiling them? How long? I also read somewhere about making a tea with them but I’m worried I might mess it up. It’s so frustrating because my doctor keeps saying I should focus on natural remedies, but every time I ask him about how to use giloy leaves, he just brushes it off like it's no big deal. I wonder if I've been looking at the wrong info online. Can someone with more experience tell me the best ways to use giloy leaves? I mean, can I add them to my smoothies or just hot water? What’s the right quantity? Appreciate any tips that you guys can share!
