Hair fall can be distressing, especially when related to perceived nutritional imbalances or lifestyle factors. It’s important to note that masturbation and nutrition are separate concerns, and the latter has a more direct impact on hair health. Seeing that you’re 21 and experiencing significant hair loss, focusing on balance in your diet and lifestyle can be beneficial.

First, address dietary imbalances by ensuring a rich intake of proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Incorporate foods like dark leafy greens, lentils, nuts, seeds, and dairy if possible, which are beneficial for hair health. Soups made from these ingredients can nourish the dhatus (tissues) and help strengthen hair.

About the supplements: Omega-3, ashwagandha, and multivitamins are generally safe, provided they are taken in recommended dosages. Ashwagandha can help manage stress, which is a contributing factor to hair loss. However, excessive reliance on supplements instead of a balanced diet should be avoided.

To further your hair health, focus on maintaining a regular schedule and reducing stress. Practicing yoga, pranayama, and meditation daily aids in balancing vata dosha, often related to hair issues. Practice oil massage on your scalp with coconut oil or bhringraj oil, once or twice a week. This nurtures the roots and promotes healthy hair growth.

Regarding the urget to masturbate, it’s more about managing this habit healthily. Mindfulness and stress-reduction techniques can help. If the behavior feels compulsive or distressing, seek professional guidance for support.

Finally, consider consulting with a healthcare provider to evaluate any underlying conditions causing significant hair fall. Severe hair fall in such an young age could also be genetic or due to other health factors needing attention.

Hair fall from nutritional imbalance can be concerning, but let’s focus on how to address this using Siddha-Ayurvedic principles. Hair loss, often linked to weakened Agni or imbalances in doshas, especially Pitta, requires a multifaceted approach.

First, regarding the supplements you’re taking. Omega-3, ashwagandha, and multivitamins are generally safe, but it’s important to ensure they’re suitable for your constitution (prakriti). It’s good practice to consult with a healthcare professional to confirm they’re appropriate for your specific needs, as imbalances can vary.

Diet plays a crucial role. Integrate foods rich in iron, zinc, and vitamin D like spinach, lentils, seeds, and nuts into your meals. Eating a balanced grounding diet with healthy fats can help stabilize Vata and Pitta issues. Avoid excessive spicy, oily, and processed foods as they can aggravate Pitta.

To nourish the scalp, performing a daily self-massage using bhringraj or coconut oil may help promote hair growth by improving circulation and reducing stress. Warm the oil slightly before applying it to your scalp, leave it for at least an hour, and then wash off.

Incorporating regular yoga and meditation can help stabilize the mind, which could work alongside any treatments you’re considering. Particular yoga asanas, like Sarvangasana and Matsyasana, may improve blood circulation to the scalp.

Lastly, lifestyle changes should be taken sincerely. Adequate sleep, reducing stressors, and limiting habits that may contribute to health imbalance are necessary for holistic healing. If your situation feels unmanageable, reaching out to a health professional can offer further personalized health strategies. If the hair loss continues severely, consult a specialist to rule out any underlying conditions that require immediate attention.
