A few months ago, I started having these weird digestive issues—like, sometimes I’d feel bloated and gassy, other times constipated, and nothing seemed to work. My doctor just said to eat more fiber, but that’s easier said than done when my stomach feels like a balloon! 😩 I heard about Pentacare Hingvashtaka Churna from a friend who swears by it for her tummy troubles, and I thought, well, maybe it could help me too? I ordered some last week and I’m kind of excited, but also a bit nervous. I've read mixed things online; some people love it, others not so much. Like, is there a right way to take it? Some say to mix it with water, others mix it with ghee or honey. And about dosage—how much of the Pentacare Hingvashtaka Churna should I take, especially with my other medications?
