I am really struggling with my skin lately! I've had these persistent breakouts and it feels like I’ve tried everything. Recently, I heard about Planet Ayurveda Neem Capsule and I’m just wondering if it could help me. Like, my friend swears by it, and she had horrible acne too but now her skin looks awesome! I read that neem is great for detoxifying and can help with skin issues, but I don't know if taking the capsules is really as effective as the leaf tea or using neem oil directly on my face. I’m also worried about side effects, ya know? I mean, I took a herbal supplement once, and it made me super nauseous! Should I take the Planet Ayurveda Neem Capsule regularly, or do I need to take breaks? And honestly, how long before I might see any results? My skin feels like a mess right now, and I really want to clear it up before a big event coming up. Also, I read somewhere that it can promote overall health too, besides just skin stuff. Is that true? Should I be taking it just for the skin or does it do more? Ugh, just so many questions! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
