Mujhe gas jaisa problems hota hai. Mann akbaka jaata h.. Sarr me ajib lgta h ekdm jaise kuchh dimag me smjh hi nhi aa rha ho..lgta h ki gir jaaunga.. Balance ka problem chalne pr... Heart beat badhne jaisa mehsoos hone lgta h... Lgta h ki ab kuchh hone wala hai mujhe...Mai pura blood, ultrasound whole abdomen sb kara liya hu. Sab normal hai report. Kabhi kabhi chest me air trap ho jaata h to dard bana deta h waha.. Latring clear nhi hota h,kabhi kam hoga to kabhi jyada..ye problem 3-4help kren plzz🙏🙏🙏 Age-26 Years, Male

Aap ke symptoms Vata dosha vikar aur weak Agni ko dikhate hain. Anxiety aur gas ka ye mix yahaan shayad root cause ho sakte hain. Vata imbalance se gas banne ka problem ho sakta hai, aur weak digestive agni se apke man aur shareer donon pr asar padta hai.

Pehle lifestyle: Dincharya mein vata ko shanth rakhnewale activities jodna zaroori hai;meditation aur yogabhyas sambhaalne mein madad karenge. Har din thoda time nikalkar shant man mein breathing exercises karein jaise Anulom-Vilom yah Bhramari praanayam. So short walks before or after meals will also help in aiding digestion.

Aashvamedh Rahasya jaise oils se abhyanga massage karana beneficial rahega for body and mind. Isse body ka balance aur mind ka pareshani state improve hoti hai. Abhyanga ke saath thoda dry ginger powder and triphala churna lene ka bhi asar milega.

Diet mein deep fried aur heavy foods ko avoid; khichdi, rice aur ghee ka prashan vata calm karega. Warm liquids like cumin-coriander tea ya ginger kashayam evening mein consume karein. Khana halke kadhi ho aur samay par ho. Lekin junk food, raw salads ya cold drinks se door rahein kyunki ye vata aur badha sakte hain.

Tripahal se gut health mend hota hai aur proper evacuation routines establish hoti hain. Ajwain aur hing ko daily cooking mein karein add, iss se aapko gas and bloating symptoms mei behatar comfort milega.

Lakshan jo aapne describe kiye hain, vo kaafi hade tak Vata prakop ke sanket ho sakte hain. Anxiety se bhi yeh symptoms jure hue lagte hain. Siddha-Ayurvedic drishti se Vata dosha sookshma sharir aur man ko prabhaavit karta hai, jo mara dincharya aur ahar vyavahar ki vajase bigd sakta hai.

Pehla kadam aapka ahaar aur dincharya sudhar karna hoga. Thanda, hawadar, aur slutsan se dur rahe. Aapke liye garm, unctuous aur grounding bhojan theek rahega. Apne bhojan mein ghee, taila jiyini taila prayog karein, ye vata ko santulit karne mein madad karta hai. Aap apne din ki shuruaat garm pani (pani) se kare, aur isme nimbu jaisa kuch cheedna shamil kare iska ap vyapsaatein hai.

Dhusra kadam man ko shaant v sthir rakhna hai. Pranayam, Vipassana ya valayoga ki kriya karke apne man ko maasik ananta pradan kijiy. 10-15 minute dhyan aur aasan aapki kundalini ko sakshmakshaakte karega.
