Aapke bete ki samasya par dhyan dete hue, yeh samjhna zaroori hai ki nabhi se judi kisi nadi (nus) ka neeche aana ya uski jagah se hilna vaakya gatak ho sakta hai aur isme kabhi kabhar gehri chikitsa ki zarurat ho sakti hai. Krupiya is halat mein kisi samprabash doctor se turant sampark karein.
Ab Ayurvedic drishti se agar dekha jaye to, aap kuch aise upay gharpe pryaas kar sakte hain jo upchaarik ilaj ke sath madadgar ho sakte hain:
1. Arand taila abhyanga (castor oil massage) - Chetnabhav ko prashant and shant karne ke liye, arand taila se daily sparsh karke malish kare. Yahan pe dhyaan rahe ki malish saaf haathon se aur halke hath se karein taaki koi aur kuchlabh na ho.

4. Basti karma - Agar yeh nabhi samasya baar-baar hoti hai, to kisi qualified ayurvedic vaidya ke sanidhya mein basti karma ka prayog karein. Basti vyavashya vata dosh ko santulit karti hai aur sharirika ussarvich karwati karti hai.
5. Yoga aur pranayama - Yog aur pranayama, jaise ki naadim shodhan pranayam, malish ke baad kiya ja sakta hai taaki vayu ka achhe se sangrah ho sakke aur vyavastha mein sudhar ho.
