I had been experiencing loose stools only in the morning since 2 months , their is always a gudgud sound in my stomach I started taking Gangadhar churna Twice a day Pls suggest

1. Gangadhar Churna – Continue 👉 ½ tsp twice daily after food with warm water

Hello, Along with gangadhara churna please start taking: 1. Mustarishtam 20ml ----0-----20ml after breakfast and after dinner by adding 20 ml of boiled cooled water for 30 days.

Diet: 1. Freshly cooked warm to hot food which is low on salt, tamarind and not spicy. 2. take one cup of pomegranate juice everyday. 3. Take one steamed apple as first food in the morning. Take care, Kind regards.
