Pehle toh, apne aahar me kuch parivartan kariye. Bhara hua khana, masale aur tel bhara bhojan, aur processed foods se door rahiyega. Din me 3-4 baar paSixan aur chhoti-ma-khchhoti matra me bhojan kare, taaki aapka agni prabhavit na ho.

Har din, subah ek glass garam paani me 1 chammach adrak ras milaiye aur khali pet piye. Yeh aapke agni ko majboot karega aur gas ko release karne me madadgar hoga. Satvik bhojan (simple, light, fresh) ka upayog kariye.
