Mujhe piles aur fissure ki dikkat thi 3 dec ko mera ksharsutra huwa h. Uske tisre din se stool hard ho gya h bhut dard hota h. Stool soft krne kya kru pani pi rhi liquid diet h phir v dikkat ho rhi h.

Ksharsutra ke baad stool hard ho jaana ek samanya samasyaa ho sakti hai aur isse takleef ho sakti hai. Aapka behtar jald upchar ke liye kuch ayurvedic sujhav hain jo aap madat ke liye ise apna sakte hain. Sabse pehle, aapko apne paachan prakriya ko sudharne par dhyaan dena chahiye kyunki paachan mein sudhar stool ko narm banane mein madad karta hai. Agli cheejen aap prayas kar sakte hain:

1. Triphala Churna: Sone se pehle raat ko ek chamach Triphala Churna ek gilaas garam pani ke saath lein. Triphala aapke paachan ko sudharne aur stool ko naram karne mein sahayak ho sakta hai. Triphala virechak hain aur wo aapke mal ko hi nahi commit mal vata ko bhi kam karta hai.

2. Castor Oil: Subah khali pet aap ek chamach castor oil garam doodh me mila kar le sakte hain. Ya phir, sone se pehle bhi le sakte hain. Yah marg pravah ko sahaj banane aur stool ko compress v nakshtramukt bananey me sahayak hoga.

3. Dietary Adjustments: Aapki diet mein zyada se zyada fiber shamil karein, jaise ke harad sabziyan, dal, aur whole grains. Fayi dhrik bij natva apne chappat me achi la sakte hain. Fayinetic alab lab in food se stool soft kar sakta hain.

4. Warm Water: Agar garam paani se snan lete hain to yah ek tarah ki snehana act karta hai jo ki aapko rahat pahuchata hai. Bath water should be warm enugh to ensure you feel relaxed adn easy before bowelmovements.

5. Exercise: Din mein kuch zaroori laalikriya aur asan jarur karne chahiye jaise Pavanmuktasana aur Vajrasana, jo ki aapke prakriya paachan ko samayukht dhanya ho sakta hai.

In tajurchon ko dhyan mein rakhe, lekar agar samasya jari rahti hai, toh chlakte rogiya say is baare mein samjh kar doktor se sampark karein. Apki prashan aur dawai koi doctors prescribe kar sakte hain.

Siddha-Ayurvedic siddhant ke mutabik, vata dosha ki asamanya sthiti hard stool ka kaaran ho sakti hai. Is sthiti ko sudharne ke liye pehle aapko agni, yani digestive fire, ko majboot banna hoga.

Sabse pehle, aap apne bhojan mein thoda ghee milakar lena shuru karein. Ek choti chamach ghee ko subah ek glass garam doodh ke saath lena, stool ko naram aur simple bana sakta hai.
