Start with Tablet Liv-52 1-0-1 after food with water Avipattikar tablet 1-0-1 after food with water Lavanbhaskar churan 1/2 -0-1/2tsp with warm water. Triphala tablet 0-0-2 at bedtime with water. Avoid processed spicy sugary foods street foods, Junk food.
