Seeking Permanent Relief from Constipation - #46263

I am a student who is suffering from constipation and wants to clear it for forever and to end it i am trying fennel tea and coriander tea not daily but subsequently and still i have issues sometimes But I want to know that using fennel tea would help on regular basis And i got to know about triphala powder so how to use it And i am afraid if it would make a habit of mine that if don'tuse this powder then again constipation would come so is it true or not tell me and one more thing that using triphala will not make a habit but would end this constipation and in how many days it would do so and for how many days doI need to take this ?
