Mai 5 years se constipation se parsan hu 2020 se hi mujhe constipation hua tha bahut doctor ko dikhaya aur wo dawa bhi diye bahut sara upchar bhi liya, aur mai allopathic dawa bilkul nahi khata hamesha aurvedic upchar aur aurvedic dawa khata hu aur hamesha natural life jina pasand karta hu khana pina bhi mera akdam thik hai exercise yoga everyday karta hu bahut niyum se rahata hu tab par bhi mera ye rog abhi tak nahi thik hua mai kya karu mai bahut parsan hu 2020 se 2026 aane wala hai lekin mai abhi tak ish rog se mukti nahi paya mai kya karu mujhe kuchh samajh me nahi aa raha hai ,constipation to tha hi aab mera rog itna jyada bada ho gaya hai ki constipation ke sath sath pesab bhi bilkul nahi hota aur gas bhi bilkul paas nahi hota hai. Sala kya batau kabhi kabhi to sochata hu ki mar jau jine ka bilkul man nahi karta lekin kya karu majbur hu , lekin sach bata raha hu agar mera ye rog jaldi thik nahi hua to mai sach me mar jaunga kuchh kariye, please help me ab jine ka man nahi karta.
